The ground floor offers one bedroom with a twin bunk. You will find easy access to the gated pool area with plenty of space to spread out and relax by the sparkling blue water. The pool area leads to the private beach access walkway with seating at the top of the dune for scenic Pine Island ocean views. The recreation room includes a pool table and a kitchenette with a mini-sized refrigerator and ice maker. A full cabana bath, outdoor showers, and two gas grills finish off the easy oceanfront living experience that you get while staying in Bye D Sea!

On the mid-level you will find a den with sliding door access to the wraparound deck facing the ocean. The hot tub is located on the mid-level deck, overlooking the pool and on towards the ocean. Bedding for this level includes two kings with private baths, one with deck access and ocean views and the other with views of the sound. There are two additional bedrooms on the first floor, one with a pyramid bunk and twin-size trundle and one with two twin beds. There is also a full bathroom and laundry on this level.

Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase the magnificent ocean views that you will enjoy from the great room of Bye D Sea. The openness allows for a few cooks in the kitchen (Keurig and drip coffee maker provided), along with seating at the bar for hungry visitors! Wraparound decking makes for simple indoor/outdoor living during your stay. The lofted sitting area is great for relaxing after a day of fun while the sun sets over the sound. The second floor bedding includes a king with a private bath with a soaking tub, ocean views with deck access, and private laundry.

Updates for 2022: The two queen beds were upgraded to kings. The kitchen microwave was upgraded with a larger model.
