Pool: Private pool measures 30' x 12' and is heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the saltwater pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 pool open dates: 4/4/2026 - 10/24/2026, pool heat cost $500.00. 2027 pool open dates: 3/27/2027 - 10/23/2027, pool heat cost $500.00.

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have community pool access, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool.
