Sure to be the hub for memories and enjoyable vacation days for the entirety of your Outer Banks visit, Wind Star has six bedrooms, four with private baths, five full baths, a half bath, and several amenities that make for an ideal week at the beach. Inside is a rec room on the ground floor, a media den on the middle floor, and an open concept top floor that shares the great room, kitchen, and dining area. An elevator connects the levels, nine TVs are spread throughout the home, and free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected. Outside, you'll enjoy a private pool, a hot tub, a private walkway to the beach, two outdoor showers, a basketball hoop, six parking spaces, and ocean views from both levels of decks. Wind Star is located only a short drive from the heart of Duck, where you can enjoy restaurants, shops, and many local attractions, such as the soundfront boardwalk that runs along the Currituck Sound. This home welcomes guests with a Sunday check-in, and pets are not permitted.

Duck, North Carolina

Duck is a small village atmosphere paired with easy access to Outer Banks attractions, and it remains a family favorite among Carolina Designs guests. A walking and bicycling trail runs the entire length of town, connecting shops and boutiques that specialize in clothing, books, toys, gourmet food, groceries, antiques, and artwork, along with restaurants ranging from a-la-carte to formal. The Duck Town Park sits on 11 acres of maritime forest on the Currituck Sound and features a playground, a soundside walkway, a gazebo, a picnic shelter, and an amphitheater that hosts music, theatre, and children's events through the summer. From sound to ocean, guests enjoy swimming, surfing, fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, crabbing, and kayaking.
