An elevator is available, six parking spaces welcome the whole caravan, and free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected. This OBX vacation rental boasts a great location: community tennis courts, multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and shops are within a short drive. Guests of this home also enjoy access to the Ocean Sands community tennis courts and discounted golf fees. Please note this home is not pet friendly and offers Saturday check-in.

The ground floor layout begins with a rec room, featuring an arcade machine, cozy sofa seating, and a kitchenette, ideal for additional snack and beverage storage. Ground floor bedding includes a room with two twin bunks, and a second room with two twins. These bedrooms each have a TV and they share a hall bath with the rec room. Outside, the 24 x 14 private pool provides a refreshing place to cool off, and an outdoor shower rinses away the sand before you head back in. Gas and charcoal grills stand ready for burgers or fresh local catch. Spend long summer days beachside, afterwards unwinding in the private hot tub as the sun starts to set.

The elevator provides easy access to the mid-level, which offers a den with TV, surround sound, and access to a covered deck. This media room is the natural spot for a rainy afternoon movie or an evening of ocean breezes just outside the door. Three king bedrooms with TVs and private baths are available as bedding options on this floor. The first king offers deck access and a large bath. Laundry facilities are located on this floor.

Open and bright, the great room is an excellent place to gather at the end of long vacation days. Tall ceilings highlight this living space. Step onto the deck to enjoy your morning coffee above the dunes. Spend relaxing evenings in the great room with a large TV and surround sound. Meal prep is made easy in the spacious kitchen. There is dining table seating plus additional seating at the kitchen bar, so the whole group can stay together from breakfast through dessert. A highchair is provided for the youngest travelers. The king bedroom on this level offers a TV and a special access private bath.
Pool: Pool is heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 and the 2027 pool season runs 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027; pool heat is available for $400.00.
