The outdoor area also includes a refreshing 24' x 12' private pool, soothing hot tub, outdoor shower, and a gas grill - this is one of the more spacious backyards in Ocean Sands.
Back inside, the rec room features a media area built for rainy afternoons and post-beach movie nights. Bedding options on this level include a queen bedroom and room with two built-in twin bunks (2 twin bunks = 4 twin beds). There is a shared bath as well.
