One of the most unique features in this home are abundant covered and uncovered sun decks on each level that are well-funrished for seating and outdoor dining. This house is one of the few in Duck to have a rooftop deck outfitted with Adirondack chairs to enjoy breathtaking water views, sunrises, and sunsets over both the bay and ocean from one vantage point. A multitude of unique shops, boutiques and restaurants are located at the end of the street, and seasonal family-friendly activities are regularly scheduled in the Town of Duck. Rain or shine, there's always something special to enjoy during your vacation stay at this beautiful cottage!

The ground level is all about relaxation, enjoyment and friendly competition. The recreation room will be the center of activity and features a regulation size pool table, pub table with poker set, and 42'' TV to have a game, movie, or music on in the background. A media room has swiveling arm chairs, a large sectional couch which doubles as a queen-size sofabed, and a 70'' TV with a premium soundbar, making this the perfect spot to watch an incredible game or movie while being in a cozy, intimate setting. A bedroom on this floor is furnished with a pyramid bunkset and throwback video game consoles (Wii, Xbox, and PS2 slim) for the young ones to enjoy (bring own games). A full bathroom is accessible to this bedroom and those in the rec and media rooms. Laundry facilities are centrally located.
Doors lead from the recreation room to the outdoor amenities. During your stay, a fenced private pool with poolside seating and soothing hot tub with jets will provide hours of play, sun-bathing, and rejuvenation. A sandy volley ball court will call out to the competitors in your group, and during hot summer days there are lights available for evening play.

The first level is dedicated to private bedrooms, including one king bedroom with private bath and adjustable/standind desk that is ideal for remote workers, and one queen bedroom with private bath; both offer covered deck access. Two additional bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, and each have deck access and share a full hallway bathroom. The front and rear covered decks on this level are well furnished to relax while enjoying the fresh coastal breezes.

A spacious and open great room greets guests on the second level. This delightful open-concept space has hardwood floors, cozy rugs, high ceilings and offers comfortable furnishings. The living area has a large sectional couch and swiveling armchair arranged around a 60" TV with surround sound. The kitchen provides chefs with a large island with stools, full size refrigerator with ice maker, range/stove, microwave, two dishwashers, Keurig, crockpot, and ample countertops and storage. Access to two furnished sun decks and an elegant outdoor dining area for ten guests create the perfect communal dining experience. A small set of steps lead up to a reading loft which includes a kids table with ottoman seats, and an assortment of puzzles, books, and board games. Also included is a chair that converts into a twin-size sleeper. It's an ideal spot to read a book listen to music, or simply enjoy the panoramic views. The adjacent location to the kitchen, dining, and living area allows parents and children to enjoy themselves while also feeling close by to each other. A sensational king bedroom on this level has its own sun deck and a private luxury bathroom with dual sink vanity and walk-in shower with two shower heads. This bedroom also has a standing desk that is ideal for remote workers. Lastly, a half bathroom is located between the first and second floors for convenience and ease in guest use.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
