Access to two furnished sun decks and an elegant outdoor dining area for ten guests create the perfect communal dining experience. A small set of steps lead up to a reading loft which includes a kids table with ottoman seats and an assortment of puzzles, books, and board games. Also included is a chair that converts into a sleeper. It's an ideal spot to read a book, listen to music, or simply enjoy the panoramic views. The adjacent location to the kitchen, dining, and living area allows parents and children to enjoy themselves while also feeling close by to each other. A sensational king bedroom on this level has its own sun deck and a private luxury bathroom. Lastly, a half bathroom is located between the first and second floors for convenience and ease in guest use.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/3/2026 to 10/30/2026 and the 2027 season runs 3/26/2027 to 10/29/2027, with pool heat available for $300.00.
