Three levels of living space on the oceanfront in Duck, you can certainly Dream Big during your next Outer Banks vacation when you stay here. With many amenities to make your beach getaway as relaxing as possible, Dream Big offers a private pool that can be heated, a private walkway to the beach, a poolside hot tub, an outdoor shower, large decks that stretch the width of the east side of the home, uninterrupted ocean views from the top floor gathering area - we could go on and on. There are six bedrooms on the middle and top floors; three have private baths, and two have direct access to the deck via a sliding glass door. A convenient feature of the east-facing decks is that they're all connected via exterior stairs, which means you can travel from one deck level to the others without going through the house. The private beach access is easy to maneuver, with steps on both sides that lead up and back down the grass-covered dune. Wanting to sit with your coffee in hand and watch the waves lap against the shore, the dolphins play off in the distance, and the sun rise over the horizon? The beach walkway offers built-in bench seating at the top to do just that!
The Tuckahoe subdivision in Duck, NC, is located on the southern end of the town and isn't far from all the attractions that have people returning year after year. A paved walking path runs parallel to the road that takes you straight into the heart of Duck, making it an easy and enjoyable walk or bike ride to get into town. Be sure to make time to get out and explore the area, as Duck has some of the best shops and restaurants on the Outer Banks. A memorable way to end any vacation day is to catch the sunset from the soundfront boardwalk that runs along the Currituck Sound.

The ground level is dedicated to vacation fun, inside and out. Indoors, the ground floor is a large open room with a pool table, mounted Smart TV, an L-shaped sectional and ottoman, a second sofa, a card table with stool seating, and a wet bar with a sink and mini-fridge. Head outdoors to have some fun in the sun in the fully fenced private pool area. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. Poolside loungers, outdoor seating, a hot tub, a gas grill, an enclosed outdoor shower, and a private beach access round out the lengthy list of exterior amenities. The private walkway to the beach leads you up over the dune with ease via steps on both sides and a seating area with built-in benches on the dune deck.

A cozy media den with a sofa, an armchair, and a mounted Smart TV is available at the center of the first floor. A sliding glass door leads from the media den out to the covered deck that overlooks the pool area below. The first floor deck has steps that can take you up to the top floor deck and down to the ground level without having to go through the house.
The remainder of this floor is comprised of bedding options, including a queen bedroom with a private bath, a king bedroom, and two additional bedrooms, each with a pyramid bunk and a twin bed. All four bedrooms offer Smart TVs. There are two full shared baths accessible from the hallway. Laundry facilities are available.

Large picture windows and a sliding glass door overlook the horizon and allow natural light and ocean views to fill the top floor gathering area. The great room, kitchen, and dining area share an open space that is designed and furnished with a coastal vibe in mind. The great room has an L-shaped sectional and armchairs that are perfect for television viewing and for enjoying conversation with the backdrop of the beautiful Atlantic. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including two refrigerators, a microwave, an electric range/oven, and two dishwashers. A Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker are available. The large dining table and counter-height seating at the kitchen island are where you and your group can enjoy a meal together while planning or reviewing the day's activities. A half bath is located on this level.
Two bedrooms finish off this level. Both bedrooms have private baths; one is furnished with a king bed and the other with a queen. The queen bedroom has a sliding glass door that provides guests staying in this room with uninterrupted ocean views and direct deck access. The queen private bath has a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The king bedroom is spacious, providing a sectional sofa, a mounted flatscreen TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower.

Community note: Tuckahoe is a unique ocean-to-sound community that offers access to a soundside pier with built-in bench seating, a community beach access, a community tennis court, and a community pool. All of these amenities offer limited nearby parking with a parking pass. RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision. Golf carts are allowed.
