A convenient feature of the east-facing decks is that they are all connected via exterior stairs, which means you can travel from one deck level to the others without going through the house. The private beach access is easy to maneuver, with steps on both sides that lead up and back down the grass-covered dune. Wanting to sit with your coffee in hand and watch the waves lap against the shore, the dolphins play off in the distance, and the sun rise over the horizon? The beach walkway offers built-in bench seating at the top to do just that.
