Guests have access to the Schooner Ridge oceanfront pool as well as the community center, which includes tennis, an indoor and outdoor pool and exercise area. A quick walk will land you at the community beach access, and unique shops, eateries and family friendly activities are found throughout the award winning town of Duck. Three levels of living space, seven TVs, free high-speed wireless internet, and five parking spaces keep a large group comfortable. This is a no pets home with Sunday check-in.

The ground level offers two bedrooms, each with a pyramid bunk and twin bunk, an easy setup for the younger members of the group. These bedrooms share a bathroom, and open up to the rec room with a sleepsofa. Outside, kick up your feet by the 32.0 x 14.0 private pool or rejuvenate in the hot tub, then fire up the gas grill for dinner. A poolside half bath and two outdoor showers are conveniently located for rinsing off after a day at the shore. The private pool is open 5/3/2026 through 10/11/2026 and 5/2/2027 through 10/10/2027.
