Discover Pax et Bonum, a 3800 square foot vacation home in the popular Schooner Ridge subdivision, located in the heart of Duck. Guests have access to the Schooner Ridge oceanfront pool as well as the community center, which includes tennis, an indoor and outdoor pool and exercise area. A quick walk will land you at the community beach access and unique shops, eateries and family friendly activities are found throughout the award winning town of Duck.

The ground level offers two bedrooms, each with a pyramid bunk and twin bunk. These bedrooms share a bathroom, and open up to the rec room with a foosball table, sleepsofa, game table, and full size refrigerator. Outside, kick up your feet by the private pool, or rejuvenate in the hot tub. A poolside half bath and two outdoor showers are conveniently located.

The mid level features a den with sleepsofa at the center of the floorplan. Surrounding the den are three bedrooms with king beds, which are brightly decorated, have TVs, private baths, and enjoy access to a covered deck.

Streaming sunlight fills the top level great room from generous windows. Step on the east facing deck (with picnic table) to revel in the ocean view and sea breezes. The living area has sofa seating nestled around a flat screen with surround sound and a seasonal gas fireplace. The dining area with seating for ten, elevated breakfast area with seating for six, and casual seating for four at the kitchen bar ensure ample space for meals. One king bedroom with a private bath rounds out this level.

Golf carts: All golf carts operated by guests in Schooner Ridge must be street-legal and licensed. Street-legal golf carts are allowed to be driven on Duck Road. All other golf carts are not allowed in Schooner Ridge and must be driven on side streets only in other subdivisions. Golf carts are never allowed on sidewalks.
