With four king bedrooms, three twin bunks, a double bunk, five full baths, and two half baths spread across three levels served by an elevator, this OBX vacation rental is built for multi-generational groups who want space to gather and room to spread out.

Seaside Serenade is situated in a tranquil neighborhood dotted with charming beach boxes from every era, and is within close proximity to the ocean. The community beach access is within easy walking distance. This home is also convenient to the dining, shopping, and grocery options of Southern Shores, Duck and Kitty Hawk. Six parking spaces, free high-speed wireless internet, nine TVs, and a welcome for up to two dogs (additional fee) round out the practical details, and the home features a Friday check-in.

Updates for 2024: New vinyl plank flooring in three of the top and middle floor bedrooms; new rugs in the great room and media room.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. The 2026 pool season runs 4/3/2026 through 10/23/2026 and the 2027 season runs 3/26/2027 through 10/22/2027, with pool heat available for $300.00 in either year. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

TVs: The ground floor bedrooms offer Roku TV. All other TVs have Dish Network. There are DVD players available in the media room and the rec room.

Neighborhood & Community: Southern Shores greets you as you cross the Wright Memorial Bridge, a quiet Outer Banks town of tree-lined streets set on a narrow stretch of land between the Atlantic Ocean and the Currituck Sound, with easy driving or biking distance to the shops and restaurants of Duck. Sea Oats Park offers a playground, soccer field, basketball court, and picnic area. The Soundview Park on N. Dogwood Trail provides panoramic water views, a children's playground, a kayak launch, and more that makes it a great spot for a picnic or family outing. All of our Southern Shores homeowners are members of the SSCA Tennis Club, so you will receive an access code to the Hillcrest Tennis Courts, located just past the corner of Hillcrest Drive and Sea Oats Trail. Please note that vehicles must display a SSCA guest parking pass on the dashboard in community parking areas.

A dog crate is provided on the ground floor.

2026 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2026 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2026 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
