There are two bedrooms on the ground floor that share a bathroom. One offers a custom built-in twin bunk and a double bunk, and the second bedroom is furnished with two twin bunks, both bedrooms have a flatscreen TV.

The functional first floor design features three distinctive bedrooms, each with a king bed, beautifully tiled private baths, a flatscreen TV, and sliding doors that open to covered decks. The media room on this level includes a mounted flatscreen TV, Blu-ray player, and separate in-wall HDMI port for gaming consoles and offers a comfortable seating area, direct deck access and connects to the foyer entranceway. The separate office area includes a built-in desktop workspace. An oversized laundry room includes shelving, hanging space, and a washer and dryer. The landing in the stair tower to the second floor offers a cozy built-in window seat.
