Amenities include a 33 x 15 private saltwater pool with the option to heat, a hot tub, a bright and open great room, a kitchen with stainless appliances, and a recreation room. With plenty of deck space, you can settle into sun or shade and let the sea breeze do the rest.

Guests love Ocean Hill for its proximity to the 4x4 beaches where the wild horses of Corolla roam, the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, and the shops, restaurants, and attractions scattered through town at Monteray Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light Town Center. Most importantly, this OBX vacation rental is close to the water: enjoy ocean views from the home, then make the short walk to the community beach access just 100 yards away. Free high-speed wireless internet, nine TVs, seven DVD players, five parking spaces, and a seasonal fireplace (October through March) round out the comforts, and check-in is on Saturday. Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 and the 2027 pool season runs 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027, with pool heat available for $250.00.

Community Note: Guests have access to the Villages of Ocean Hill's community pools and tennis courts. Trailers, boats, jet-skis, campers, and RVs are not allowed to be parked in the Villages of Ocean Hill unless they are under the house and out of view from the street and cul-de-sac.
