Amenities include a private 33' x 15' saltwater pool with the option to heat, a hot tub, a bright and open great room, a kitchen with stainless appliances, and a rec room stocked with games for rainy afternoons and late-night tournaments alike. With multiple levels of deck space, you can choose sun or shade while you enjoy refreshing sea breezes, and with nine TVs, seven DVD players, and free high-speed wireless internet throughout, downtime is covered too.

Guests love Ocean Hill for its proximity to the 4x4 beaches where the wild horses of Corolla roam, the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, and the many shops, restaurants, and attractions of the northern Outer Banks. Most importantly, this house is close to the water: you can enjoy ocean views from the home, and the community beach access is just 100 yards away on a quiet neighborhood street, giving you easy access to the stunning coastline of Corolla. Five parking spaces, a seasonal fireplace (October through March), and Saturday check-in round out this OBX vacation rental. Please note that pets are not permitted.

Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. Pool heat is available for $250.00. The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 through 10/24/2026, and the 2027 pool season runs 3/27/2027 through 10/23/2027.

Community note: Guests have access to the Villages of Ocean Hill's community pools and tennis courts. Trailers, boats, jet-skis, campers, and RVs are not allowed to be parked in the Villages of Ocean Hill unless they are under the house and out of view from the street and cul-de-sac.
