Most importantly, this house is close to the beach - you can enjoy ocean views from the home, and the community beach access is a two minute walk away on a quiet neighborhood street, so you'll have easy access to the stunning coastline of Corolla.

Central to the ground floor is the rec room, which includes a 9' shuffleboard table (including bowling pin game), arcade machine with 60 games, Golden Tee 2020 game with 50'' monitor, as well as a full size refrigerator. The ground floor bedroom has a spacious layout with two twin bunk sets and a separate media area with a futon and flat screen TV - this room is perfect for the young or young at heart in your group! A shared full bathroom completes this level.
Outside, amenities include a saltwater pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, grilling area with 2 gas grills and a pergola, outdoor ping pong table, and basketball hoop.

The kitchen includes stainless appliances, as well as extras including a Keurig Elite. A king bedroom with a private bath and deck access rounds out this level.

Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
