Outside, a 33' x 15' private saltwater pool (with the option to heat), a hot tub, and deck space give you room to relax in sun or shade while the sea breeze rolls through.

Please note this home has a Saturday check-in and no pets are allowed.

Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 and the 2027 pool season runs 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027, with pool heat available for $250.00.

Community note: Guests have access to the Villages of Ocean Hill's community pools and tennis courts. Trailers, boats, jet-skis, campers, and RVs are not allowed to be parked in the Villages of Ocean Hill unless they are under the house and out of view from the street and cul-de-sac.
