Three of the six bedrooms include private baths, deck access, and ocean views, while the remaining bedrooms give everyone in your group a comfortable place to land. Bedding includes two kings, two queens, two twins, two twin bunk sets, a sleepsofa, and a futon, served by five full baths and one half bath.

Amenities are built for easy beach living: a 33' x 15' private saltwater pool with the option to heat, a hot tub, a bright and open great room, a kitchen with stainless appliances, and a rec room. Nine TVs, seven DVD players, free high-speed wireless internet, and a seasonal fireplace (October through March) keep the indoors just as inviting. Out on the decks, you can choose sun or shade while you enjoy refreshing sea breezes, and five parking spaces mean the whole group can arrive together.

Guests love Ocean Hill for its proximity to the 4x4 beaches where wild horses roam, the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, and the many shops, restaurants, and attractions of Corolla, from Monteray Plaza and Tim Buck II to the historic Whalehead Club at Currituck Heritage Park. Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Community note: Guests have access to the Villages of Ocean Hill's community pools and tennis courts. Trailers, boats, jet-skis, campers, and RVs are not allowed to be parked in the Villages of Ocean Hill unless they are under the house and out of view from the street and cul-de-sac.
