Outside, a refreshing oceanfront pool with lounge furnishings, a soothing hot tub, gas and charcoal grills, two outdoor showers, and a basketball hoop keep the days full, and six parking spaces mean the whole group can arrive with ease. Inside, nine Smart TVs, free high-speed wireless internet with extenders on all three floors, and a seasonal gas fireplace (October through March) round out this comfortable OBX vacation rental. Golf, grocery stores, dining, and shopping are all close at hand, and guests also enjoy community tennis and discounted golf fees. Please note that this is a no-pet home with Sunday check-in.

The first floor provides a nice array of tranquil bedroom suites for rest and rejuvenation. Two oceanfront king bedrooms have ocean views, direct covered deck access, and private bathrooms (one with a Jacuzzi tub, dual sink vanity, and walk-in closet). A third oceanfront king offers ocean views and direct covered deck access and shares a full hallway bathroom with a bedroom furnished with a pyramid bunk, a favorite with younger guests. All of the bedrooms are furnished with a 32" Roku TV. The media den is a central gathering area with cozy seating, a 58" Samsung Smart TV with surround sound, ocean views, and covered deck access, ideal for a movie night while the surf rolls in just outside. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on this level.

It's completely wide open in the elegant great room featuring living, dining, and kitchen areas with handsome hardwood floors, expansive ceilings, and showcase views of the Atlantic! Relax into one of two plush sofas arranged around a 65'' Smart TV and seasonal gas fireplace. A game table with four chairs allows for a conversation area or friendly card games. Doors lead to a furnished sun deck, ideal for morning coffee, midday sun bathing, and evening cocktails! A half bath on this level is easily accessible, and a desk and chair are located on the stair landing between the first and second floors. The oversized, modern kitchen has everything necessary for ease in meal preparations. This space is fully equipped with a storage pantry and stainless steel range/oven, microwave, full refrigerator, two dishwashers, Keurig and traditional coffee maker, and has bar seating for casual dining. Delicious meals are readily served at the adjacent dining table with seating for ten guests or through a clever window to the sun room that's equipped with a casual table and chairs. Steps lead up to a loft furnished with arm chairs and a telescope to enjoy heightened coastal views. The top level is completed with a grand king suite with ocean views, sitting area, 32" Roku TV, sun deck access, and a private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, shower, and dual sink vanity.
Updates for 2026: On the first floor, the twin/daybed/trundle bedroom changed to a pyramid bunk bedroom.
Updates for 2025: Pool deck renovated, seven new Smart TVs, internet upgraded to high-speed with extenders on all three floors.
TVs: All TVs are Smart TVs. Cable access is available via the Spectrum app on the Smart TVs. Guests can use their own accounts to access Netflix, Hulu, etc.
Beach Access: The beach boardwalk is next to house, and a sand path connects the home to the boardwalk. Please refer to photo gallery.
Pool: Heated by propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 and the 2027 season runs 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027. Pool heat is available for $600.00.

Tennis: Guests in Section P of Ocean Sands have access to tennis courts located in Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way. (Please note that the Section J court is separate from the private Swim & Tennis Club courts and pool located nearby, which is not part of this home's amenities.)
The Area: Corolla sits at the northern end of the Outer Banks, known for wide beaches of finely textured sand and clean rolling surf. Nearby attractions include the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, the historic Whalehead Club at Currituck Heritage Park, and guided tours in search of the wild horses that roam the beaches to the north. Grocery stores, surf shops, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and gift shops are found in local shopping centers such as Monteray Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light Town Center.
