A third oceanfront king offers ocean views and direct covered deck access and shares a full hallway bathroom with a bedroom furnished with a pyramid bunk. All of the bedrooms are furnished with a TV. The den is a central gathering area and has cozy seating, a Smart TV with surround sound, ocean views, and covered deck access, making it a favorite spot for a movie night or a quiet morning with the sound of the surf. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on this level.

It's completely wide open in the elegant great room featuring living, dining and kitchen areas with handsome hardwood floors, expansive ceilings and showcase views of the Atlantic! A game table with four chairs allows for a conversation area or friendly card games. Doors lead to a furnished sun deck, ideal for morning coffee, midday sun bathing and evening cocktails! A half bath on this level is easily accessible, and a desk and chair are located on the stair landing between the first and second floors. The oversized, modern kitchen has everything necessary for ease in meal preparations. This space is fully equipped with storage pantry and stainless steel range/oven, microwave, and full refrigerator, and has bar seating for casual dining. Delicious meals are readily served at the adjacent dining table or through a clever window to the sun room that's equipped with casual table and chairs. Steps lead up to a loft furnished with arm chairs to enjoy heightened coastal views. The top level is completed with a grand king suite with ocean views, sitting area, TV, sun deck access, and a private bathroom.

Pool & Hot Tub: The 32.0 x 14.0 private pool is open 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 and 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027. Optional pool heat is $600.00 for both the 2026 and 2027 seasons. A hot tub is also available for soaking after a day in the surf.
TVs: All TVs are Smart TVs, with nine televisions throughout the home. Cable access is available via the Spectrum app on the Smart TVs. Guests can use their own accounts to access Netflix, Hulu, etc.
