Outside, a fully-fenced 16 x 28 private pool and hot tub anchor the backyard, joined by an outdoor shower with both handheld and rain showerheads, decks on every level along the east and west sides of the home, and a private walkway to the beach with a dune-top deck. The west decks are furnished with seating for sound-side sunsets, and a gas grill is ready for evening cookouts.

Inside, the top floor opens up with windows welcoming natural light from every angle, modern coastal decor, a kitchen with appliances that will impress the cook of the group, and easy flow between the great room, dining area, and breakfast nook.
