"Pinch Me" is what you will say when you step inside this 6-bedroom oceanfront retreat, set on the pristine strip of beach that makes up Pine Island in Corolla. Mornings begin with the sun rising over the Atlantic Ocean and evenings close with the sky glowing over the Currituck Sound, all from a home designed to take in both.

Outside you will find a fully fenced 16 x 28 private pool, a hot tub, an outdoor shower with handheld and rain showerheads, and decks on each level on both the east and west sides of the home. A private walkway leads to the beach by way of a dune-top deck, and a footwash and hooks for hanging beach chairs wait at the pool entrance. The west decks are furnished with Nags Head Hammock Adirondack chairs and side tables, perfect for lingering over sound-side sunsets. A gas grill, four parking spaces, and an available EV charger round out the exterior, while community pool access and community tennis add even more to your stay.

Inside, the top floor opens up with windows letting in natural light from every angle, modern coastal decor, and a kitchen with appliances that will impress the cook of the group. A relaxing media den anchors the ground level, eight Smart TVs and free high-speed wireless internet keep everyone connected, and a seasonal fireplace (October through March) makes the great room just as inviting in the off-season. The six spacious bedrooms, four of them with king beds, give every member of your group a spot to recharge for tomorrow's vacation adventures.
