Other activities include a basketball hoop and an outdoor ping pong table located under the shaded carport. As the days wind down, a soothing hot tub is available on the mid-level deck for relaxation and is sheltered for all weather use.

TVs: All of the TVs are Roku Smart TVs. Cable channels can be accessed via the Apple TV in the great room.
Updates for 2024: New full-size Pac-Man Arcade Party arcade machine in the rec room (replaced old poker machine and has 13 games including Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Pac-Mania, Galaga, Dig Dug, Rally-X, and more), and six new polywood lounge chairs with four new polywood side tables between them in the pool area. Additional updates planned for spring include a new picnic table on the second floor deck, updated landscaping, and the deck will be re-stained, subject to change until complete.
Updates for 2023: New great room sectional and coffee table with stools, new Roku Smart TVs in the bedrooms, Apple TV added to the great room, the Golden Tee arcade game in the rec room was upgraded to a larger model with more games, new roof, new polywood furniture on the decks and in the pool area, new lounge chairs added to the pool area, and exterior painting.
