Amenities & Good to Know
Pool Heat: This home offers FREE pool heat! Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the saltwater pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. The pool is open 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 and 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027.
Parking, Pets, and Check-In: This OBX vacation rental offers four parking spaces and a Saturday check-in. No pets allowed.

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.
Please Note: Although this home has an elevator, the ground floor entrance is through the back slider by the pool, accessible via a short gravel walkway on the side of the home.
2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
