For your convenience and enjoyment during your stay, TVs are provided throughout the home and free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected.
This home is in Section O of Ocean Sands and offers multiple community beach walkovers, tennis courts, and an outdoor swimming pool. This neighborhood sits a short distance from grocery stores, water sports rentals, boutiques, great restaurants, and everything the town of Corolla offers.

Pool Heat: This home offers FREE pool heat! Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the saltwater pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. The pool is open 4/4/2026 through 10/24/2026, and 3/27/2027 through 10/23/2027.
Parking & Check-In: Four parking spaces are available at the home, and this property offers Saturday check-in. Please note that no pets are allowed.

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the community pool just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the community pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.
Please Note: Although this home has an elevator, the ground floor entrance is through the back slider by the pool - accessible via a short gravel walkway on the side of the home.
2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
