Listen to the waves as you take in views of the ocean and the private pool area from the top floor deck. Gather with family and friends in the sun-filled great room, which offers a large flatscreen TV with Hulu mounted over a seasonal gas fireplace (available October through March). For those who need to pop online while away from the office, an open-air desk space is set up in the loft over the great room. Free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected, while nine TVs, a media room, and a recreation room give each generation a spot of its own. Enjoy a quick game of tennis just steps away at the Ocean Sands courts. Winter, spring, summer, or fall, Seaside Corner is the perfect getaway for your family and friends!

The Corolla Location

Corolla sits at the northern end of the Outer Banks and is known for wide beaches of finely textured sand and clean rolling surf. From Seaside Corner, the beach access is 137 yards away, and the surrounding area offers the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, the Whalehead Club at Currituck Heritage Park, guided tours in search of the wild horses of Corolla, kayak tours, surfing lessons, and shopping at Monteray Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light Town Center. A highchair is provided for the littlest travelers in your group.

Pool: The private pool is open 4/3/2026 - 10/23/2026 and 3/26/2027 - 10/22/2027. Pool heat is available for $500.00. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have community pool access as well as access to the community tennis courts.

Community Note: Trailers, boats, and mobile homes/RVs are not allowed to be parked in the driveways of any Ocean Sands properties; parking is only permitted in the driveways of homes; golf carts and motorized carts/scooters/buggies are also prohibited in Ocean Sands.

2026 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2026 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2026 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
