Subdivision amenities for guest use include an Olympic-size pool with separate children's pool, community tennis and community beach access. Seven TVs, two DVD players, free high-speed wireless internet, a highchair and eight parking spaces keep a large group comfortable and organized, and two dogs are welcome for an additional fee. With Sunday check-in and the Atlantic just over the dune line, relaxation is the name of the game at this Outer Banks retreat!

Pool: Heated by propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/5/2026 - 10/25/2026 and the 2027 season runs 3/28/2027 - 10/24/2027, with pool heat available for $600.00.
