Built to incorporate all of the amenities that make for a stress-free vacation, Bella Playa is a seaside retreat that your entire group will appreciate. Unwind poolside in your very own private pool area, which measures 24 x 12 and includes a bubbling hot tub, an outdoor shower, and a gas grill for summertime meal prep. Five parking spaces mean there is room for everyone in your group, and two dogs are welcome with an additional fee, so the whole family can make the trip.

Inside, the ground floor rec room features a media area for movie night, and six bedrooms provide plenty of space to stretch out. The nine TVs in the home are Smart TVs, so you can log into your streaming accounts to catch your favorite show or movie, and free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected. An elevator travels through all three floors, helpful for moving groceries and luggage, or for guests with mobility issues. Ocean views are enjoyed from the top-level front and rear decks, reminding you that it's a mere 80 yards to the neighborhood beach access! It's also a breeze to meander along the quiet neighborhood street to get to the ocean in no time.

Pool: 2026 pool open dates are 4/4/2026 through 10/24/2026, and 2027 pool open dates are 3/27/2027 through 10/23/2027. Pool heat is available for $500.00. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
