Tucked into Section O of Ocean Sands in Corolla, this six-bedroom home was built to include the amenities that make for a stress-free vacation, from parking for five vehicles to an on-site EV charger. Professionally decorated in a calming palette of coastal blues and whites, the home seamlessly combines style and comfort for your entire group.

Outside, your private 24 x 12 pool is the center of the action, complete with a bubbling hot tub, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach days, and a gas grill for summertime meal prep. Inside, the ground floor rec room offers a media area for movie night, while six bedrooms, five full baths, and a half bath provide plenty of space to spread out. Every TV in the home is a Smart TV, so you can log into your own streaming accounts to catch a favorite show or movie, and the elevator is helpful for moving groceries and luggage or for guests with mobility considerations.

It is a mere 80 yards to the neighborhood beach access, and it is a breeze to meander along the quiet neighborhood street and have your toes in the sand in no time. Pool: 2026 Pool Open: 4/4/2026 - 10/24/2026, pool heat cost $500.00. 2027 Pool Open: 3/27/2027 - 10/23/2027, pool heat cost $500.00. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

EV Charger: An onsite EV charger is available at the home.
