This 6-bedroom semi-oceanfront beach house sits in the sought after Pine Island subdivision, just across the street from the surf and sand. Only 75 yards from the nearest community beach access, you are a short stroll from the shoreline of the Atlantic Ocean. The amenities at Quality Time are the kind anyone would want on vacation: a private pool with a poolside cabana, hot tub, outdoor shower, rec room, home theater, and more! The top floor great room and dining area are decorated in calming coastal tones, and the kitchen is equipped with appliances sure to impress. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, and the king and queen rooms all have direct deck access and mounted SmartTVs. With eight TVs spread through the house, six parking spaces, and a highchair on hand for the youngest traveler, this Outer Banks home is set up for a large group.

As a Pine Island guest, you have access to the subdivision amenities in addition to everything waiting at the house. Just over half a mile north, there is a tennis court and community pool that can both be enjoyed during your stay (see photos in the gallery). Corolla, the "gold coast" of Currituck County, surrounds you with wide beaches, the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, the historic Whalehead Club, wild horse tours, and shopping at Monteray Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light Town Center.
