Overview
Enjoy some good ol' fashioned Quality Time, beachside with your favorite vacation group! The amenities available at Quality Time are those anyone would enjoy while on vacation: a private pool with a poolside cabana, hot tub, outdoor shower, rec room, theater, and more. The top floor great room, dining area, and lofted sitting area are decorated in calming coastal tones, and the kitchen is equipped with appliances sure to impress. Providing comfortable and spacious bedrooms, the king and queen rooms all have direct deck access and mounted SmartTVs. With three kings, two queens, two doubles, five full baths, and one half bath, there is plenty of room to spread out. Please note that pets are not permitted at this home.
As a Pine Island guest, you have access to the subdivision amenities along with the amenities available to you at the home. There is a tennis court, playground, basketball hoop, sand volleyball court, and community pool that can all be enjoyed during your stay (see photos in the gallery). Corolla, known as the "gold coast" of Currituck County, also offers wide beaches of finely textured sand. Free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected between beach days.

The ground floor offers guests an abundance of entertainment options. A home theater with a large projector screen and a DVD player makes the perfect spot to watch your favorite movie or one that you've never seen before. A rec room with a flatscreen TV is centrally located. A bedroom with two double beds is available on this floor and is close in proximity to the full shared bath that everyone hanging out on the ground level has access to.
Sliding glass doors from the rec room lead out to the pool area that offers a private pool and a covered poolside cabana. There is built-in seating around one half of the cabana and an outdoor food prep area with a gas grill and sink built into a counter with lower cabinets around the other half. If you've spent the day on the beach, rinsing off before jumping in the pool or heading indoors is as easy as hopping in the outdoor shower.

The other king accesses the wraparound deck and has a shower/tub. Two queen bedrooms share a full bath that has a shower/tub. Both queens have a SmartTV and direct access to the wraparound deck. Laundry facilities are centrally located. A bubbling hot tub invites you in for a relaxing dip to start or end your day; who are we kidding, you can enjoy the hot tub any time of the day!

The great room, dining area, kitchen, and lofted sitting area make up the greater portion of the top floor. The great room is furnished with a sofa, a loveseat, two armchairs, and a flatscreen TV. The kitchen is impressively equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator and many other small appliances that one would look to use while prepping a meal for a group. The dining table seats ten, and four barstools are at the kitchen counter. A lofted sitting area offers an additional dining table for four, two armchairs, and a flatscreen TV. A half bath is conveniently located on this level. Sliding glass doors from the dining area and great room lead to the top floor deck that wraps from the east to the south side of the house.
A king bedroom with a private bath with a walk-in tile shower, a private east-facing deck, an armchair, and a mounted SmartTV round out this level.
