Pack your beach bag, grab your favorite chair, and simply walk across the street to spend the day in the sun and splash in the saltwater.
Comfortably furnished with popular features, there is a fully fenced pool and hot tub area, a rec room with a pool table and wet bar, and an open concept top level where the kitchen, great room, and dining area are all centrally located for your group to spend time together. The first and second floors have ocean-facing decks that are ideal for observing seabirds, dolphins, and beach activities. Centrally located in Kitty Hawk, you'll be close to many restaurants and shopping options to enjoy throughout your stay.

The ground level opens to a recreation room with a pool table, seating, 32" Smart TV, and a wet bar with sink, microwave, and refrigerator with icemaker. Laundry facilities are centrally located. A covered deck with a cabana half bath and outdoor shower leads to a private pool for refreshing swims and poolside lounging for your daily intake of Vitamin D. Grill up some BBQ meals or take leisurely soaks in the bubbling hot tub. A beach access across the street allows for quick trips to and from sandy beaches and rolling surf.

When it's time to retire, stairs lead to sleeping accommodations on the first floor. There are three bedrooms with private baths, each providing a king-size bed and a 43" Smart TV. A family suite is comprised of a queen bedroom with a 43" Smart TV that shares a full bathroom with a children's bedroom furnished with two twin bunks and a 32" Smart TV. An oceanfront covered deck is accessible from the central hallway and is furnished for guest use and enjoyment.

Ascend to the top level great room to find sweeping ocean views, handsome hardwoods, and lofty ceilings. The open-concept design allows for comfortable gatherings for leisure and dining. A living area offers ample seating with a 55" Smart TV. The kitchen overlooks the great room and has plenty of storage, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator with icemaker, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, and regular coffee maker. Casual bar seating for four is available, and meals can be served at a waterfront dining table. Doors open to a furnished sun deck, the perfect location to sip morning coffee as the sun rises and serve evening cocktails at twilight. This floor is completed with a queen bedroom with a private bath and a 43" Smart TV.

Updates for 2024: All TVs replaced with Smart TVs, new mattresses in king and queen bedrooms, new comfort height toilets in all bathrooms, picture windows added to top floor, new stainless steel appliances in kitchen, new stainless steel refrigerator in rec room, new outdoor table and chairs in the dry entry, and new polywood outdoor furniture. New photos to come.
Updates for 2023: A new dune-top deck was built that includes built-in seating, new lounge chairs and polywood chairs around the pool, new hot tub, and the home's exterior was painted a new color.
Updates for 2022: Fresh interior paint throughout, new carpeting, refinished hardwood floors, new dining table, Keurig added to kitchen.
