The ground floor opens to a generous recreation and media room to provide indoor entertainment for all ages. The recreation area features a foosball table, game table with four chairs and a wet bar with sink, microwave and a full refrigerator for snacks and drinks. The media area is furnished with a comfortable sectional sofa, arm chairs and a 60" flat screen TV. A cheerful bedroom is furnished with two pyramid bunksets. A full hallway bathroom is available to this bedroom and those in the recreation room. Laundry facilities are centrally located.
Doors open from the rec room to a pool deck with sheltered patio, and the sparkling private pool takes center stage. Spend lazy days filled with leisurely swims or lounge poolside daydreaming. Pick up the speed with a few games of outdoor ping-pong, promising hours of competitive fun with your favorite tunes through the outdoor speakers. The hot tub is located on a raised platform and is the ideal place to gather and rejuvenate before retiring each evening.

The kitchen is designed with chefs in mind offering plenty of counter space, storage, a water filtration system through the kitchen sink and casual bar seating. Appliances include a refrigerator with ice maker, range/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Doors lead to a comfortably furnished screened-in porch, ideal for quiet conversations and refreshing coastal breezes. A furnished sun deck offers ocean views and stairs lead to a rooftop crow's nest to savor heightened views of the Atlantic. An inviting king bedroom completes the top level and features a flatscreen TV, private bathroom, and a private oceanside deck.

Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temp of 60 degrees or higher needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temp is 80 degrees.
Community note: Guests have access to the Villages of Ocean Hill's community pools and tennis courts. The fitness center is available for a fee.
