Meal prep for even the largest crowd is a joy in the well-equipped kitchen, and the open-plan great room lends itself to entertaining on a grand scale alongside the seasonal gas fireplace and the adjacent dining area. A central location in the quiet community of Bayberry Bluffs means you are within walking or biking distance of the center of town. With nine TVs, two DVD players, free high-speed wireless internet, two highchairs, a gas grill, an outdoor shower, and seven parking spaces, this OBX vacation rental is ready for a full house. The Village of Duck

Duck is a small coastal village on the northern Outer Banks known for its quiet neighborhoods, pristine beach, and a walking and bicycling trail that runs the length of town. Shops and boutiques specializing in clothing, books, toys, gourmet food, groceries, antiques, and art work sit alongside restaurants ranging from casual to formal, and Duck Town Park spreads across 11 acres of maritime forest on the Currituck Sound with a playground, soundside walkway, gazebo, picnic shelter, and an amphitheater that hosts complimentary music, theatre, and children's events through the summer. From the sound to the ocean, days here can include swimming, surfing, fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, crabbing, and kayaking.

Community note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Path to Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, it is normal for sand to accumulate on this home's beach steps and walkway.
