The ground floor provides two bedrooms, one is a special access friendly queen with a private bath that has a low-barrier shower and the other bedroom is furnished with two pyramid bunks. The rec room on this level features custom tile flooring and is equipped with a sleepsofa, 50" Smart TV with Playstation4 (bring own games) and BluRay, a ping pong table and wet bar with refrigerator and sink. A shared bath is easily accessible by the pyramid bunk bedroom and the rec room.

First Floor

The first floor is dedicated to three memorable king suites. Two of which provide ocean views and direct access to covered decks, and the third overlooks the pool area and features a walk-in closet, dual sink vanity and a private covered deck. Each bedroom offers its own private bathroom. A covered porch with outdoor seating, entry foyer, and laundry room are located on this level.

Beautiful natural light, ocean views, hardwood floors and fashionable furnishings highlight the second floor. The great room provides comfortable seating, a cozy seasonal fireplace, and a 60" Smart TV with a BluRay player. The adjacent dining area has a table that seats 12. Expansive ocean facing sun decks are easily accessible from the great room and dining area, and create the perfect location to enjoy heightened views and sea breezes. The modern kitchen is a cook's delight, providing a refrigerator, icemaker, cooktop, dishwasher, Keurig, pantry, and island with bar seating for five. A king bedroom with an ocean views is located on this floor. This stylish suite features a private deck, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a dual sink vanity and custom tile shower. A half bath is conveniently located on the landing between the first and second floors.

Community note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Updates for 2024: All bedroom carpeting replaced with vinyl flooring, new paint on the tiki bar, new plants around the pool area, and new outdoor furniture in pool area.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: Ground floor queen has a low-barrier shower with seat and grab bars. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
