A private dune deck leads straight out to the sand, while three levels of light-filled living space give large or multi-family groups room to gather and room to spread out. Six bedrooms, six full baths, and two half baths mean everyone travels comfortably, and modern coastal decor keeps the whole home feeling fresh and bright.

Outside, a 29 x 14 private pool, a hot tub, a gas grill, and two outdoor showers turn ordinary afternoons into vacation highlights. Set at the end of a quiet street central to the town of Duck, Salty Breezes is a short walk to the village, where small shops, boutiques, and restaurants line several charming shopping centers. Free high-speed wireless internet keeps you connected, seven parking spaces welcome the whole caravan, and two dogs are welcome with a fee. Check-in is on Saturday.

Additional Property Information

Pool: The private 29 x 14 pool is heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 pool open dates are 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027. Pool heat cost is $375.00 for both 2026 and 2027.

TVs: The great room and five of the six bedrooms have Roku Smart TVs with streaming capability and cable access via the Spectrum app. The second floor king bedroom, the first floor media room, and the ground floor rec room have TVs with cable access via Spectrum cable boxes. There are nine TVs and two DVD players in the home.

Exploring Duck: Guests of this Outer Banks vacation rental can walk or bike the trail that runs the length of Duck, browse shops specializing in clothing, books, toys, gourmet food, groceries, antiques, and artwork, and visit Duck Town Park, an 11-acre maritime forest on the Currituck Sound with a playground, soundside walkway, gazebo, picnic shelter, and amphitheater. Swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking, and crabbing are all close at hand from sound to ocean.

Security Cameras: This property has cameras installed in the great room, on the front door, in the pool area, and over the garage; however, only the camera over the garage is active during guest tenancy.
