Relax into comfortable beach ambiance at Aqua Duck, a seaside home in the popular community of Duck Landing in the award-winning town of Duck. This sensational floor plan offers multiple gathering areas for entertainment and recreation, six bedroom suites with private bathrooms, and ocean to sound views from the decks, where you can also enjoy music drifting over from soundside park events. An easy stroll takes you into the heart of Duck for seasonal family friendly events, fine dining, casual eateries, and unique shops. Guests also have access to the community pool as well as discounted golf fees.

Sleeping arrangements include four kings, one queen, one twin, one pyramid bunk, and one trundle, served by six full baths and two half baths. Ten TVs, two DVD players, free high-speed wireless internet, and a highchair round out the interior conveniences, while six parking spaces, a 32 x 16 private pool, a hot tub, gas and charcoal grills, and an outdoor shower keep the fun going outside. Two dogs are welcome with a fee, and this OBX vacation rental features a Sunday check-in.

The Duck Difference

Duck, North Carolina is a family favorite along a lovely 7-mile stretch of coastline, where a small village atmosphere keeps you close to all local attractions. Spend your days swimming, surfing, fishing, crabbing, or kayaking, then browse small shops and boutiques specializing in clothing, books, toys, gourmet food, groceries, antiques, and artwork. Restaurants range from casual a-la-carte to formal dining. A walking and bicycling trail runs the entire length of Duck, and the 11-acre Duck Town Park on the Currituck Sound offers a playground, soundside walkway, canoe and kayak launch areas, a gazebo, a picnic shelter, and an amphitheater that hosts complimentary music, theatre, and children's events all summer long.

Updates for 2026: The ground floor rec room was fully renovated with all new furniture, flooring, and fixtures, new games (now includes a foosball table and arcade machine), an updated wet bar, all with a more modern and coastal feel.

Community Note: Duck Landing offers community pool access. This amenity is located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision (unless they fit completely under carport). Golf carts are allowed. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

Pool: The 32 x 16 private pool is open 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 and 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027, with pool heat available for $400.00. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
