Relax into comfortable beach ambiance when you reserve Aqua Duck, a seaside home located in the popular community of Duck Landing in the award-winning town of Duck. This sensational floor plan offers multiple gathering areas for entertainment and recreation, six bedroom suites, all with private bathrooms, and ocean to sound views from the decks, where you can also enjoy music drifting over from soundside park events. Sleeping arrangements include four kings, one queen, one twin, a pyramid bunk, and a trundle, supported by six full baths and two half baths, so everyone in your group has room to spread out. Outside, a private pool, hot tub, sandy volleyball area, basketball hoop, gas and charcoal grills, and an outdoor shower keep the days full, while six parking spaces make arrivals easy. Enjoy an easy stroll into the heart of Duck to experience these seasonal family friendly events, fine dining, casual eateries and unique shops. Guests also have access to the community pool. Two dogs are welcome with a fee, free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected, and check-in is on Sunday.

Community Note: Duck Landing offers community pool access. The community amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision (unless they fit completely under carport). Golf carts are allowed. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

Pool: The 32.0 x 16.0 private pool is open 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 and 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027, with optional pool heat available for $400.00. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted golf fees.

Duck, NC: This charming Outer Banks village spans a lovely 7-mile coastline and is known for its small village atmosphere, boutiques, and restaurants ranging from casual to formal. Walk or bike the trail that runs the length of Duck, or visit the Duck Town Park, an 11-acre maritime forest on the Currituck Sound with a playground, soundside walkway, gazebo, picnic shelter, and an amphitheater that hosts complimentary music, theatre, and children's events all summer long.
