The kitchen is well equipped providing cooks with a refrigerator, range/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig (as well as a regular coffee maker). A door leads to a screened-in porch with ocean views furnished with armchair seating and a counter ledge with bar seating. A half bath is centrally located. The amenities on this level are completed with a king suite furnished with a flat screen TV, private bath, and direct deck access.
