Outdoor dining is a breeze at the outdoor cooking area with a built-in gas grill and beverage cooler. Plenty of seating and a sheltered picnic table are available to enjoy morning, noon, and evening hang outs, and an outdoor shower makes rinsing off after the beach effortless. As evening approaches, gather together in the hot tub for soothing late night soaks and quiet conversations under star filled coastal skies.

Laundry facilities are conveniently located on this level.

The second level opens to an expansive great room with high ceilings and beautiful natural sunlight. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats eight guests, and additional seating is available at the counter. The kitchen is well equipped providing cooks with a refrigerator, range/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig (as well as a regular coffee maker). A door leads to a screened-in porch with ocean views furnished with armchair seating and a counter ledge with bar seating. A half bath is centrally located. The amenities on this level are completed with a king suite furnished with a flat screen TV, private bath, and direct deck access.
Community Note: Duck Landing offers several community amenities including a community beach access and community pool access. All of these amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Pool Dates: The private pool is open 5/2/2026 through 10/10/2026, and 5/1/2027 through 10/9/2027.
