This spectacular home features an elevator, an electric car charging station, a home theater with tiered seating, and a rec room. Outdoor amenities include a private concrete pool, a relaxing hot tub, an outdoor cabana with a gas grill, and an enclosed outdoor shower. Each bedroom has an en suite bath for privacy and relaxation, and the open, oceanview great room incorporates the living area, dining room, and well-equipped kitchen. Nine TVs, free high-speed wireless internet, a highchair, and six parking spaces round out the conveniences, and up to two dogs are welcome with an additional fee.

Updates for 2026: Outdoor improvements including cabana bar renovation with a new mini-fridge, new outside speakers, addition of landscape accent lighting, and a new motor and cover for the hot tub. Great room improvements including new larger sofa, new area rug, and new coffee table. All bedrooms have new fitted carpet.

Pool: Pool heated by propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 and the 2027 season runs 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027, with pool heat available for $600.00.

Neighborhood & Community: Sea Oats Park offers a playground, soccer field, basketball court, and picnic area. The Soundview Park on N. Dogwood Trail provides panoramic water views, a children's playground, a kayak launch, and more that makes it a great spot for a picnic or family outing. All of our Southern Shores homeowners are members of the SSCA Tennis Club, so you will receive an access code to the Hillcrest Tennis Courts, located just past the corner of Hillcrest Drive and Sea Oats Trail. Please note that vehicles must display a SSCA guest parking pass on the dashboard in community parking areas.
