The ground floor is curated for entertainment with a pool table and theater with tiered seating. A private fully fenced pool area is available to you and your group and includes several poolside loungers and a hot tub. A community beach access is located at the end of the driveway and as a guest of an Ocean Sands home, you have access to the private community pool and tennis courts. You'll also enjoy close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and more.

The ground floor of Shore Pleasure is the hub for entertainment and fun. Whether you're looking to watch TV or play a game of cards or billiards, the rec room has a pool table and a high-top table with seating for four. There is a kitchenette that includes a sink, a microwave, and a full-sized refrigerator which makes for the perfect spot to store snacks and drinks that you want easily accessible while hanging out downstairs or out by the pool. Adjacent to the rec room is the theater that has tiered seating and a large flatscreen TV to watch your favorite movies on! There is a bedroom with two pyramid bunks and a private bathroom on this floor. There is also access to laundry facilities on this level.
Through the rec room is a sliding door that leads out to the fully fenced private pool area. There are several poolside loungers that make hanging out by the pool as simple as it gets. Looking for a little more rest and relaxation? Slip into the bubbling hot tub and let your worries fade away. The ocean is never far away when you stay at Shore Pleasure, and the outdoor area provides an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after spending a day at the beach.

The middle floor has four bedrooms - three furnished with king beds, the fourth has two twins, all four have a TV and their own private bathroom. Both king suites on the east side of the home have access to a deck through sliding glass doors. Both decks offer views of the ocean. There is a sitting area on this level that includes a TV, sofa, armchair seating, an abundance of natural light from the many windows, and access to the deck.

The top floor offers an open floor plan that is wonderfully brightened by natural light coming through windows that look out over the dune to the Atlantic Ocean. The great room will have you feeling right at home with plenty of comfortable seating centered around a large flatscreen TV mounted over a seasonal fireplace. If you're a lover of watching the sunrise in the early morning hours, there are two cushioned chairs with a small table in between that face a wall of windows towards the east - this spot makes the perfect indoor location for sunrise watching. Rather be outside? Not to worry, sliding glass doors only steps away put you out onto the deck that has seating and just as great of a vantage point for sunrise and ocean views. The kitchen is equipped with a double sink, two dishwashers, glass top stove, microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig. The L-shaped island offers ample space to meal prep, and bar seating for six. The round glass top dining table is set for eight. A powder room is centrally located on this floor.
Bedding on the second level is a king bedroom with a seasonal fireplace, a private bathroom, a large flatscreen TV, and sliding door access to a private deck with remarkable views of the ocean. The bathroom includes a double vanity, a whirlpool jetted soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Updates for 2024: Pool area updated with granite walkway pavers lining the edge against the fence. The two swivel chairs in the great room were reupholstered, and the rec room table was refinished. New photos to come.

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.
