The fenced backyard surrounds a large private pool with plenty of grass left over for yard games, the top level of the detached garage offers a separate sleeping and gathering area, and comfortable gathering spaces and deck space are found on every floor. The elevator travels to all three levels, an EV compatible outlet is attached to the garage for those traveling in electric cars, and all of the bedrooms have an attached bath, most of them private. Six bedrooms, six full baths, and two half baths give large groups the space and privacy they're looking for, while ten parking spaces make arrival day simple.

This home is only 525 yards from beach access in Ocean Sands Section B. Corolla, known as the "gold coast" of Currituck County, pairs wide beaches of finely textured sand with quiet neighborhoods, shopping, and historic sites. Wild horse tours, kayak trips, and surf lessons round out the days when you aren't lounging poolside. Special events are welcome at this home, and check-in is on Friday.

Garage: The ground floor of the garage is not available for guest use, except for the half bath accessible by an exterior door near the outdoor shower. There is a set of stairs on the backside of the garage that leads to the top floor. The top floor is one large room with three daybeds, three twin trundles, a sectional, a Smart TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower.

Please Note: The great room fireplace is not available for guest use.

Special Events Welcome: $1,500 special event fee and $2,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 50 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home.
