As you enter through the front door, the rec room is straight ahead with a pool table, shuffleboard, an arcade game, a wet bar with a full-sized refrigerator and microwave, and a mounted Smart TV surrounded by sofa and armchair seating. It is the kind of room where friendly tournaments run long after the beach towels are hung up to dry. French doors on the opposite side of the rec room lead you to the backyard, inviting all of your party to take a dip in the sparkling private pool immediately. Bedding accommodations on the ground floor include a bedroom with two XL twins and direct access to a shared bath that can also be reached from the hallway. The twin beds can be converted to a king bed with advance notice. The bathroom on the ground floor is outfitted for those who have special needs with a roll-under sink and a roll-in shower.

The backyard is likely where your vacation group is going to want to spend all their vacation days! A large private pool, measuring 15' x 30', takes centerstage and is surrounded by poolside loungers, a covered outdoor sectional and dining area, seating under a poolside pergola, and a huge grassy yard for all the outdoor fun you can hope for. An enclosed outdoor shower, a gas grill area, and another outdoor seating area are located over by the garage. A half bath located in the garage has an exterior door across from the outdoor shower. The pool is open 5/1/2026 through 10/9/2026 and 4/30/2027 through 10/8/2027.

The first floor strikes a balance between gathering areas and bedrooms. A centrally located den offers a loveseat, an armchair, a large bookcase, and direct deck access, making it a quiet spot for a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon chapter. Three bedrooms on this level include one king with a private bath and two queens with private baths. The bathroom in the king bedroom and one of the queen bedrooms are outfitted with shower/tubs, while the second queen bathroom has a custom-tiled walk-in shower. All three bedrooms have mounted Smart TVs. Laundry facilities are available on this level. At the end of the hallway, a door leads to the covered deck that overlooks the pool, with stairs down to the pool area.

The top level of the detached garage is a separate sleeping and gathering area, ideal for teens, cousins, or a second family within your group. Stairs from the backyard take you up to a large deck on the west side of the garage, which leads into a space that sleeps six guests with three daybeds, each with a twin trundle (six twin beds). There is also an L-shaped sectional, a Smart TV, a private bath with a walk-in shower, and a large closet area for storage. Please note that the ground level of the garage is not available for guest use.

The open concept top floor offers a calming, coastal-inspired gathering area where your group can fit comfortably while planning each day and chatting about it at day's end. The great room offers plenty of seating and a large Smart TV, and French doors open to a covered deck that overlooks the backyard and pool. The dining area is tucked within a wide nook off the kitchen and surrounded by windows for the best natural light. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large island for food prep that doubles as additional seating for shared meals. Centrally located is a half bath for those who are spending time on the top floor. Rounding out this level is a king bedroom with a large walk-in closet, a large private bath with a custom tiled walk-in shower, and a private deck.
