This level also offers an in-home private theater for the movie buffs in the group to enjoy a whole new cinematic experience.

Looking for some fun in the sun? Sliding glass doors from the rec room put you out onto a covered poolside deck area with plenty of seating for those who want to be outside but don't want to be in the sun. Poolside loungers are available for those who can't get enough of the sun's rays. A sparkling pool invites you to take a relaxing dip (or show off your cannonball skills if that's more your style). Invigorating bubbles will tempt you into the poolside hot tub. The grillmaster of the group will find a gas grill under a stainless steel hood in the poolside cabana to cook up an afternoon treat or a tasty dinner for everyone to enjoy while dining outside. The cabana also offers a sink, a mounted Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and ceiling fans to keep the air moving. An enclosed outdoor shower makes rinsing off after a long vacation day easier than ever. A basketball hoop is provided out front.

A bedroom with two pyramid bunks and a private bath is located on this level. Laundry facilities and a half bath are available. A bench and free weights are available for guest use in the laundry room.

Central to the middle floor is a media den that offers a sleepsofa, Smart TV, seasonal gas fireplace, and sliding glass door access to the deck that wraps around three sides of the house. Four king bedrooms are available on this level, each with a private bath with a walk-in shower. All of the bedrooms on this floor have sliding door access to the deck; one bedroom has access to a private deck.

The top floor encompasses the great room, dining area, and kitchen, all within an open concept that makes spending time together comfortable and doesn't feel crowded. The great room is furnished with an L-shaped sectional and ottoman, situated around a Smart TV mounted over a seasonal gas fireplace. Opposite the great room is the kitchen, which offers an abundance of stainless steel appliances. Two refrigerators (each with an in-freezer ice maker), two dishwashers, a range/oven combo, a cooktop, a double wall oven, a microwave, a wine fridge, a standalone ice maker, and two coffee makers are available in the kitchen. Counter-height seating at the kitchen island and two dining tables are where your group will come together to enjoy meals and conversation. A half bath is conveniently located near the stairs for those spending time on this level. Sliding glass doors from the great room and the dining area lead you out onto the deck that wraps from the east to the south side of the house. Outdoor seating is provided on the deck, where you can enjoy the fresh coastal air, take some time to relax, and experience the joys of being on vacation. Bedding includes a king bedroom with a private bath and sliding door access to the deck. The private bathroom includes a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a large walk-in tile shower.
