Sliding glass doors from the rec room put you out onto a covered poolside deck area with plenty of seating for those who want to be outside but don't want to be in the sun. Poolside loungers are available for those who can't get enough of the sun's rays. A sparkling 34.0 x 19.0 private pool invites you to take a relaxing dip (or show off your cannonball skills if that's more your style). Invigorating bubbles will tempt you into the poolside hot tub. The grillmaster of the group will find a gas grill under a stainless steel hood in the poolside cabana to cook up an afternoon treat or a tasty dinner for everyone to enjoy while dining outside. The cabana also offers a sink and a mounted Smart TV. An enclosed outdoor shower makes rinsing off after a long vacation day easier than ever. A basketball hoop is provided out front.

A bedroom with two pyramid bunks and a private bath is located on this level. Laundry facilities and a half bath are available.
