The ground floor has a recreation room, a natural headquarters for games and cool-down breaks between beach trips. A bedroom with a private bath is furnished with two twin beds and a mounted TV. A second bedroom is equipped with one pyramid bunk, one twin bunk, and a TV; nearby access to a full hallway bathroom is available for those in the rec room and those in the bunk bedroom.

Outdoor amenities are accessible through rec room doors, and a refreshing 32 x 14 private pool is the focal point for fun and recreation. The pool is open May 3 through October 11 in 2026 and May 2 through October 10 in 2027. The pool deck is furnished with sitting and lounging options to soak up sun rays, and cooling dips will keep you refreshed as you develop a rich, golden suntan. Gas and charcoal grills allow BBQ meals to be enjoyed under blue coastal skies, and an outdoor shower rinses away sand and salt. This community has a private beach access for easy trips to and from the sandy shoreline and frolicking surf.

Three charming suites with private baths are on the first floor. All have king-sized beds and TVs; two offer direct access to the covered deck for early coffee in the sea breeze. Laundry facilities are located on this level. The wraparound deck offers a bubbling hot tub for relaxing soaks before retiring each night.

Ascend to the top floor, where the living, dining, and kitchen areas are incorporated into an open floor plan. This space features plenty of natural sunlight and a living area with wraparound sofa and chair seating, a flatscreen TV, and a seasonal gas fireplace, available October through March. Doors open to a furnished wraparound sun deck to enjoy color drenched sunrises, sunsets, and rejuvenating sea breezes above the dunes. A half bath is conveniently located. The kitchen overlooks the great room and is equipped with a refrigerator with an icemaker, range/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig. Meals can be served at the dining table, and there is casual seating at the kitchen bar. The top level is completed with an intimate bedroom suite with a king bed, TV, seasonal gas fireplace, sun deck access, and a luxury bath.
