For heightened views, take the stairs to the top level loft furnished with an armchair, ottoman, desk, and chair for office check-ins. The kitchen overlooks the great room and features distinctive cabinetry, granite countertops, pendant lighting, and casual bar seating for five. A host of stainless steel appliances include a refrigerator with an icemaker in the freezer, a range/stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker, making group meal prep and cleanup a shared pleasure rather than a chore. Serve meals at a table for twelve guests with water views, and additional seating is available in the sunroom with a table for four, a TV, and soothing natural sunlight. A king suite completes the top floor and features a four-poster bed, a flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom with dual sink vanity and a custom tile shower.

Walk or bike the trail that runs the length of the village, or visit The Duck Town Park, an 11-acre maritime forest on the Currituck Sound with a playground, soundside walkway, canoe and kayak launch areas, a gazebo, picnic shelter, and an amphitheater that hosts complimentary music, theatre, and children's events all summer long.

Pool: 2026 pool open dates are 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026, and 2027 pool open dates are 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027. Pool heat is available for $600.00 in both 2026 and 2027. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
