Rec room doors open to a crystal blue pool measuring 27 by 12 feet, ideal for refreshing dips and poolside lounging for your daily dose of Vitamin D. Sandy beaches await for relaxing, strolling, beachcombing, and frolicking in the rolling surf. A gas grill allows for relaxing BBQs under Carolina blue skies, and two outdoor showers keep sand where it belongs. This welcoming gathering area is comprised of lofty ceilings, shimmering hardwoods, a leather sofa and armchair seating, a flatscreen TV, and a seasonal gas fireplace available October through March. A half bathroom is centrally located. Doors open to an expansive sun deck with relaxed seating and outdoor dining options showcasing spectacular ocean vistas. For heightened views, take the stairs to the top level loft furnished with an armchair, ottoman, desk, and chair for office check-ins. The kitchen overlooks the great room and features distinctive cabinetry and casual bar seating. A host of stainless steel appliances includes a refrigerator with an icemaker in the freezer, a range/stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Serve meals at a table with water views, and additional seating is available in the sunroom with a table for four, a TV, and soothing natural sunlight. A king suite completes the top floor and features a four-poster bed, a flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom with dual sink vanity and a custom tile shower.

Spend your days swimming, surfing, fishing, crabbing, or kayaking, then browse the shops and boutiques offering clothing, books, toys, gourmet food, groceries, antiques, and artwork. Restaurants range from casual a-la-carte to formal dining, and the walking and bicycling trail runs the entire length of town. The Duck Town Park, set on an 11-acre maritime forest along the Currituck Sound, features a playground, a soundside walkway, canoe and kayak launch areas, a gazebo and picnic shelter, and an amphitheater that hosts complimentary music, theatre, and children's events all summer long. Please note that no pets are allowed at this home.
Updates for 2025: New carpeting in rec room, fresh paint in all bathrooms (most have new light fixtures, as well), first floor NE queen private bath and first floor SW king private bath remodeled to now feature walk-in showers.
Pool: The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 through 10/24/2026, and the 2027 season runs 3/27/2027 through 10/23/2027. Pool heat is available for $600.00 in both 2026 and 2027. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
