From the sound to the ocean, days here can include swimming, surfing, fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, crabbing, and kayaking.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 through 10/24/2026 and the 2027 season runs 3/27/2027 through 10/23/2027, with pool heat available for $600.00.
