The lower level of this home offers many entertainment options, including a theater room and rec room. The theater room offers two custom wrap-around sofas where you can relax and watch that movie you've been wanting to see on the projection screen TV. The adjacent rec room features a pool table, as well as a 2nd kitchen with full-sized fridge, stove, dishwasher, ice maker, and surfboard bar.
You'll love the sound system, which allows you to enjoy music inside or out. Outdoor amenities include a private pool, hot tub, two outdoor showers, a covered poolside seating area, and a gas grill and griddle. The grill and griddle are connected to the propane for the house so you don't have to worry about running out of propane mid-meal prep. Additionally, the grill is cleaned and the grates are replaced each week prior to each guests arrival.

Updates for 2024: Ceiling tiles added to underneath of decks to prevent water dripping below and the kitchen cabinets and second floor private bath vanity painted a new color, new photos to come. Additional updates include new windows and all new sliding glass doors, subject to change until complete.
