This waterfront retreat is ideal for year-round beach vacations and features a private pool and dock, panoramic water views, and dramatic sunsets from each level. Six bedrooms, five of them with private baths, sleep the whole group in comfort, while an elevator makes moving between levels effortless for every generation. The owner has provided a stand up paddle board for your enjoyment, and the close proximity to the heart of Duck allows for easy strolls into town to enjoy galleries, dining, shops and family-friendly activities. The town of Duck is one of the most charming villages on the Outer Banks, where small shops, boutiques and restaurants sit just minutes from your door. Guests have access to community amenities including community pool access and community tennis. With six parking spaces, a complimentary EV charger, and a welcome mat out for two dogs with an additional fee, this OBX vacation rental is built for easy, unhurried getaways. Saturday check-in.

Pool: The private pool measures 24 x 13 and is open 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 and 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027. Pool heat is available for $400.00. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted golf fees.

Community Note: Community tennis is available for guests. Please note that vehicles must be parked in the driveway of the home, on-street parking is not available. Trailers, boats, and mobile homes can't be parked in Four Seasons unless they are enclosed in a home's carport/garage. Only licensed drivers can operate golf carts in the community. If you choose to rent a golf cart, register it at the community clubhouse before operating it in Four Seasons. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
