It is a short walk into the town of Duck for shopping, dining, and seasonal family friendly events, and free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected between adventures. Six parking spaces, eight TVs, and an EV charger round out the conveniences, and two dogs are welcome with a fee.

Entertainment and competition are key to the lower level of this home, which features a vibrant recreation lounge with a pool table (option to convert to ping-pong with a table topper), a Bluetooth sound system, and a wet bar with sink, microwave, and full-size refrigerator for chilled drink and snack storage. Half of this lounge is a dedicated media area with cozy seating surrounding a flatscreen TV for movie viewing and sports enthusiasts. A half bathroom and laundry facilities are centrally located.
Rec room doors open to an array of outdoor amenities where the recreation continues! Splash into the crystal blue saltwater pool, measuring 32 by 14 feet, for refreshing swims or lounge poolside under revitalizing sun rays. An outdoor shower is located under the stairs that are adjacent to the pool area. A gas grill is located by a convenient outdoor table for meal prep. The grounds are nicely landscaped and include a grassy front lawn and shade trees around the perimeter. At twilight, it's time to relax into the bubbly hot tub to soothe mind and body under star-filled skies. For added convenience, a Tesla charger is available for guest use.

Select from three bedrooms furnished with king beds, two have rear covered deck access and one offers a private balcony. A fourth suite is centrally located and equipped with two twin bunks, a favorite arrangement for younger travelers who appreciate a bathroom of their own.

A bank of floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, and lofted ceilings welcomes guests to the second floor. The great room has two sofas, armchairs, a big-screen TV, two beverage fridges, and is equipped with a Bluetooth sound system. Doors open to a wide sun deck furnished for guest use and enjoyment. Steps lead up to a sunny loft with table and four chairs, ideal for lively card games or quiet conversations. A half bath is located on the landing between the first and second floors.
Chefs will gather in the kitchen that overlooks the great room and has ample storage and countertops for meal preparation. An assortment of stainless steel appliances include a full refrigerator with icemaker, range/stove, microwave and dishwasher. A Keurig, Nespresso, and regular coffee maker are available. Serve meals at a dining table for ten guests that offers lovely community views and casual dining is available at the kitchen bar.
Bedding accommodations include two king suites with flatscreen TVs and private bathrooms with walk-in showers.
Duck, North Carolina
Duck is a small coastal village on the Outer Banks with a seven-mile stretch of shoreline, a walking and bicycling trail that runs the length of town, and an inviting collection of shops, boutiques, and restaurants ranging from casual to formal. The Duck Town Park sits on 11 acres of maritime forest along the Currituck Sound with a playground, soundside walkway, gazebo, picnic shelter, and an amphitheater that hosts musical, theatre, and children's events through the summer. Sound and ocean waters invite swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking, crabbing, and more.

Tesla Charger: A Tesla charger is available for free for guest use.
Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/3/2026 to 10/23/2026 and the 2027 season runs 3/26/2027 to 10/22/2027; pool heat is $500.00 for either season.
