Guests enjoy beach access with oceanfront parking, a community pool, and community tennis courts; and it's a short walk into the town of Duck for shopping, dining, and seasonal family friendly events. Duck's village setting spans a lovely seven-mile coastline, with a walking and bicycling trail running the length of town.

Half of this lounge is a dedicated media area with cozy seating surrounding a flatscreen TV for movie viewing and sports enthusiasts. A half bathroom and laundry facilities are centrally located.
Rec room doors open to an array of outdoor amenities where the recreation continues! Splash into a crystal blue pool for refreshing swims or lounge poolside under revitalizing sun rays. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after beach and pool days. A gas grill is located by a convenient outdoor table for meal prep. The grounds are nicely landscaped and include a grassy front lawn and shade trees around the perimeter. At twilight, it's time to relax into the bubbly hot tub to soothe mind and body under star-filled skies. For added convenience, a Tesla charger is available for guest use.

Elevator doors open on the first level to charming bedroom suites with flat screen TVs and private bathrooms. Select from three bedrooms furnished with king beds, two have rear covered deck access and one offers a private balcony. A fourth suite is centrally located and equipped with two twin bunks, a favorite with younger guests.

A bank of floor to ceiling windows, hardwood floors, and lofted ceilings welcomes guests to the second floor. The great room has two sofas, arm chairs, and a big screen TV. Doors open to a wide sun deck furnished for guest use and enjoyment. A half bath is located on the landing between the first and second floors.
Chefs will gather in the kitchen that overlooks the great room and has ample storage and countertops for meal preparation. An assortment of stainless steel appliances include a full refrigerator with icemaker, range/stove, microwave and dishwasher. Serve meals at a dining table that offers lovely community views and casual dining is available at the kitchen bar.
Bedding accommodations include two king suites with flatscreen TVs and private bathrooms with walk-in showers.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 pool open dates: 4/3/2026 to 10/23/2026; 2027 pool open dates: 3/26/2027 to 10/22/2027. Pool heat cost is $500.00 for both the 2026 and 2027 seasons.
Pets: Two dogs are welcome with an additional fee.
