Entertainment and competition are key to the lower level of this home which features a vibrant recreation lounge with pool table (option to convert to ping pong with a table topper), wet bar with sink, microwave and full-size refrigerator for chilled drink and snack storage. Half of this lounge is a dedicated media area with cozy seating surrounding a flat screen TV for movie viewing and sports enthusiasts. A half bathroom and laundry facilities are centrally located.
Rec room doors open to an array of outdoor amenities where the recreation continues! Splash into a crystal blue saltwater pool for refreshing swims or lounge poolside under revitalizing sun rays. A grill center consists of one gas grill, two park grills and convenient outdoor dining table. The grounds are nicely landscaped and include a grassy front lawn and shade trees around the perimeter. At twilight, it's time to relax into the bubbly hot tub to soothe mind and body under star filled skies. For added convenience, a Tesla charger is available for guest use. An outdoor shower is located under the stairs that are adjacent to the pool area.

Elevator doors open on the first level to charming bedroom suites with flat screen TVs and private bathrooms. Select from three bedrooms furnished with king beds, two have rear covered deck access and one offers a private balcony. A fourth suite is centrally located and equipped with two twin bunks.

A bank of floor to ceiling windows, hardwood floors, and lofted ceilings welcomes guests to the second floor. The living area has two sofas, arm chairs, and big screen TV. Doors open to a wide sun deck furnished for guest use and enjoyment. Steps lead up to a sunny loft with table and four chairs, ideal for lively card games or quiet conversations. A half bath is located on the landing between the first and second floors.
Chefs will gather in the kitchen that overlooks the great room and has ample storage and countertops for meal preparation. An assortment of stainless steel appliances include a full refrigerator with icemaker, range/stove, microwave and dishwasher. A Keurig is available as well a regular cofee maker. Serve meals at a dining table for ten guests that offers lovely community views and casual dining is available at the kitchen bar.
Bedding accommodations include a private king suite with a sitting area, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. A grand king suite completes the top floor and features a flat screen TV and a luxury private bathroom with dual sink vanity and tile shower with classic columns.

Tesla Charger: A Tesla charger is available for free for guest use.
Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
