Moon and Back ensures every day can be exactly what you want, whether you prefer a laid-back vibe, adventure-filled moments, or a mix of both. In the backyard, you'll find a fully-fenced 28' x 12' private heated pool (with FREE pool heat) and a soothing poolside hot tub. The pool area is ideal for lounging in the sun, grilling a tasty meal, and outdoor fun all day long. With decks on both sides of the home, guests will enjoy the sunshine and a sea breeze from morning through sunset. Make your way inside to find a large open-concept top floor designed to comfortably host your vacation crew, a ground floor rec room with a shuffleboard table, an arcade machine, and a smart TV to keep everyone entertained, and six bedrooms (five with private baths) that are sure to provide comfort and privacy for families and groups. And since two dogs are welcome, even the four-legged family members can get in on the fun.
Just a short walk or bike ride from the heart of Duck, guests of Moon and Back can easily explore shops, enjoy restaurants, walk the Soundfront boardwalk, and attend seasonal events. Between the welcoming layout and the thoughtful amenities throughout, this home offers everything you need to unwind and make unforgettable Outer Banks memories.

The ground level rec room is built for easygoing fun. Guests can challenge each other to multiple rounds on the shuffleboard table or take turns at the arcade machine when they're not enjoying the excitement of having their own private pool right outside. A mounted smart TV, comfy seating, and a full-size refrigerator make the rec room a great spot to gather for snacks, drinks, and downtime after a day at the beach. This level features a king bedroom with a private bath with a walk-in shower, as well as a bedroom with two double beds. The room with double beds is the perfect setup for kids or friends sharing a space. Convenient access to laundry facilities and a centrally located full bath with a shower/tub complete this floor.
Through the sliding glass doors in the rec room is an outdoor ping-pong table, the fully-fenced private pool, a poolside hot tub, and a gas grill for evening cookouts. The backyard was created to feel like your own personal resort-like experience. Lounge in the sun, cool off with a refreshing swim, or enjoy a soothing soak under the stars after a full day. An outdoor shower allows for effortless cleanup after sandy beach adventures.

The top level is bright, open, and designed for gathering, making it the perfect spot to serve as the heart of the home. A large, well-equipped designer kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including two dishwashers and an induction stove, as well as a large pantry storage area for all your food and drinks. The centrally located kitchen island and two dining areas make meal prep and dinnertime easy and enjoyable for everyone. Between the elongated dining room table with seating for 12, the breakfast nook with seating for 4, and the counter-height seating at the island, your entire crew can enjoy family-style dinners together. The great room offers two sofas and two armchairs positioned around a large mounted smart tv, ideal for movie nights or simply socializing at the end of the day. Step onto the decks to soak in the coastal breeze, listen for the ocean waves in the distance, and simply savor every moment together.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
EV Charger: An EV charger is available for free for guest use.
