The ground floor offers a rec room with a pool table and an arcade game, as well as a wet bar with a sink and a full-sized refrigerator. Exit the rec room and go out to the covered poolside deck to enjoy a coastal breeze off the ocean. The east-facing pool area features a 24' x 14' private pool, a hot tub, and poolside seating. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off any salt and sand before taking a dip in the pool or retreating inside for the night.

Two king bedrooms round out this level, both with smart TVs and private bathrooms with a custom tile walk-in shower.
