Property Features & Amenities

DUCK RETREAT accommodates guests with 5 king beds and 2 double beds across 6 private bedrooms, plus 7 full bathrooms and 2 half baths. The home includes 13 TVs throughout, 4 DVD players, and a highchair for families. Exterior amenities feature 6 parking spaces, the large private pool, hot tub, gas grill, and 1 outdoor shower. Community amenities include pool access, tennis courts, and seasonal fireplace use (October-March). Two dogs are welcome with an additional fee, and free high-speed wireless internet is provided.

Updates for 2026: New stainless steel refrigerators in kitchen and new sofas in great room.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Elevator: Although there is an elevator in this home, climbing stairs is required to access the front door. There is no ground floor entrance in the front of the home.

Community Note: Community tennis and pickleball are available for guests. Please note that vehicles must be parked in the driveway of the home; on-street parking is not available. Trailers, boats, and mobile homes cannot be parked in Four Seasons unless they are enclosed in a home's carport or garage, which is not available at this home. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
