Six bedrooms, each with a private bath, are supported by seven full baths and two half baths, while an elevator, 13 TVs, a cinema-style home theater, and a full recreation room give every member of your group a place to land.

Outside, a sculpted 34.0 x 19.0 private pool and a bubbling hot tub anchor a resort-style setting complete with a gas grill, an outdoor shower, and six parking spaces in the driveway. The beach access is 648 yards away, and this subdivision has amenities for guest use throughout your stay, including community pool access and community tennis. The Town of Duck is filled with inviting dining, shopping, and seasonal activity options for vacationing guests, from small boutiques to gourmet markets. Updates for 2026: New stainless steel oven and refrigerators in kitchen, new sofas in great room, the ground floor bedroom changed to a pyramid bunk and double bed.

Pool: The 2026 pool season runs 4/5/2026 through 10/25/2026, and the 2027 season runs 3/28/2027 through 10/24/2027. Pool heat is available for $350.00. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Elevator: Although there is an elevator in this home, climbing stairs is required to access the front door. There is no ground floor entrance in the front of the home.

Community Note: Community tennis is available for guests. Please note that vehicles must be parked in the driveway of the home; on-street parking is not available. Trailers, boats, and mobile homes cannot be parked in Four Seasons unless they are enclosed in a home's carport or garage, which is not available at this home. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
