The gracious design features many amenities and boasts fine finishes, including ornate Italian marble throughout, hand-painted murals, iron balustrades, and a glass elevator. Royal Palm Paradise II is decorated with designer decor and has modern electronics, including 10 TVs, a home theater, and free high-speed wireless internet. Five king bedrooms and a bedroom with two double beds provide private, comfortable retreats, while seven full baths and two half baths keep mornings moving for a large group. Outside, a 34 x 19 private pool, an in-ground hot tub, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower complete the resort-style setting, with six parking spaces and beach access just 144 yards away.

This subdivision is an easy distance to the Duck town center, where guests are treated to fine dining, casual eateries, galleries, boutiques, and an 11-acre park that hosts family-friendly seasonal events. Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

Pool: Pool heated by propane. Max. pool temp is 85 degrees. The poolside waterfall is not operational. 2026 pool open dates are 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027. Pool heat cost is $800.00 for both the 2026 and 2027 seasons.

Elevator: Although there is an elevator in this home, climbing stairs is required to access the front door. There is no ground floor entrance in the front of the home.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
