BELLA comfortably accommodates guests in 6 bedrooms, each featuring private bathrooms for ultimate comfort and privacy. The luxurious sleeping arrangements include 4 king beds, 1 double bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 double bunk, totaling 7 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms throughout the home. An elevator provides convenient access to all levels, while 10 TVs ensure entertainment in every room. Additional guest amenities include 1 highchair for families with young children.

The centerpiece 34.0 x 19.0 private pool operates 4/5/2026-10/25/2026 and 3/28/2027-10/24/2027, with optional heating available for $500. The luxurious poolside cabana features outdoor TV, full bathroom. Relax in the hot tub, dine al fresco using the gas grill, or rinse off in the outdoor shower (located in the cabana). Six parking spaces accommodate multiple vehicles, while community amenities include pool access and tennis facilities.

Location & Convenience

Located just 560 yards from beach access in Duck's desirable Sea Pines community, BELLA offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. Duck village provides an impressive array of shops, restaurants, and recreational activities along the scenic 7-mile coastline. Enjoy the relaxing walk/bike trail running Duck's entire length, visit Duck Town Park's 11-acre maritime forest on Currituck Sound, and participate in seasonal community events. The central location means easy access to Outer Banks attractions while maintaining the intimate village atmosphere that makes Duck so special.

Updates for 2025: All new mattresses and carpet in the bedrooms, new icemaker on ground floor, two new dishwashers in the kitchen, pool area retiled, and updated landscaping.

Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

TVs: All TVs in the home are Smart TVs or have a Roku device, and cable channels can be accessed through the Spectrum app. (Netflix access is also provided. Guests use their logins to access other streaming services.)

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Special Access Amenities: There are non-slip front steps with a paved footpath and the addition of a door from the carport to the recreation room to provide roll-in access to the home and elevator. Some baths have shower grab bars. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.

Please Note: This home's "outdoor shower" is an enclosed full bathroom in the poolside cabana. The sauna has been disconnected and is not available for guest use.
