Highlights include a luxurious private pool, a poolside cabana and hot tub area, a stately recreation room, and a cinema-style home theater. A central location in the Sea Pines community places you near Duck Village, with excellent shopping and dining options, watersport activities, and seasonal events such as concerts, outdoor movies, and fitness classes. The beach access is just 560 yards away, and community pool access and community tennis round out an already generous list of amenities. With six king, double, twin, and bunk-furnished bedrooms, seven full baths, two half baths, an elevator serving every level, and six parking spaces, Bella comfortably hosts multiple families or a milestone celebration on the Outer Banks. Please note this is a no pets home with Sunday check-in.

The Duck Setting

Duck, North Carolina is a family favorite along a lovely 7-mile stretch of coastline, known for its small village atmosphere while remaining close to local attractions. From Bella, you are a short stroll to shops and boutiques specializing in clothing, books, toys, gourmet food, groceries, antiques, and artwork, plus restaurants ranging from casual a-la-carte to formal dining. Take a relaxing walk or ride along the walking and bicycling trail that runs the entire length of Duck, or visit the Duck Town Park, an 11-acre maritime forest on the Currituck Sound with a playground, soundside walkway, gazebo, picnic shelter, and an amphitheater that hosts complimentary musical, theatre, and children's events all summer long. Watersports abound from sound to ocean, including swimming, surfing, fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, crabbing, and kayaking.

Updates for 2025: All new mattresses and carpet in the bedrooms, new icemaker on ground floor, two new dishwashers in the kitchen, pool area retiled, and updated landscaping.

Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

TVs: All TVs in the home are Smart TVs or have a Roku device, and cable channels can be accessed through the Spectrum app. (Netflix access is also provided. Guests use their logins to access other streaming services.)

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 pool open dates are 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027, with pool heat available for $500.00.

Special Access Amenities: There are non-slip front steps with a paved footpath and the addition of a door from the carport to the recreation room to provide roll-in access to the home and elevator. Some baths have shower grab bars. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.

Please Note:
- The "outdoor shower" is an enclosed full bathroom in the poolside cabana.
- The sauna has been disconnected and is not available for guest use.
- Free high-speed wireless internet and one highchair are provided.
