For example, before hitting the beach, you can pop in for a 50-minute package like the Spa Sampler: a SunBurst express facial followed by a custom massage and brown sugar scrub. Or you can indulge in a more lengthy day of relaxation and rejuvenation by choosing one of several special treatments like the Serenity Ritual, which includes a hydro tub massage, facial massage with masque, scalp treatment, sea salt glow with sea mud wrap, Scotch hose massage and Vichy rain shower, all aiming to achieve “total relaxation.”
During lengthy treatments, guests can take a break and enjoy snacks inside the spa or a full nutritious lunch served on the beautiful back soundside lawn. Choices include warm or chilled meals, featuring seafood, poultry or vegetarian selections.
For bridal parties Sanderling says it does its best to customize services to “make the day extraordinary.” Offering manicures and pedicures to body wraps, facial and body massages, hydrotherapy, hair and makeup, along with steam rooms, Jacuzzi tub and indoor swimming pool, the spa provides a perfect place to prepare brides and grooms for that memorable day. The salon can also be reserved for a bridal luncheon or bachelorette party.
