Water view dining is available at a table for eight guests, and there is casual seating for four at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is outfitted with a stainless steel refrigerator with an icemaker, range/stove, microwave, and two dishwashers. A laundry room with one washer and dryer unit and a half bath are centrally located. A king bedroom features peaceful water views, a Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a private bath with a dual sink vanity, tile shower, and relaxing Jacuzzi tub. The waterfront sun deck is furnished for leisure and is accessible from this bedroom suite and the great room.
A side wing over the garage is home to a media den and a king bedroom. The media den has seating, a Smart TV, and a wet bar with a full-sized refrigerator with an icemaker in the freezer. The king bedroom is bright and airy with a Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.

The second floor opens to a central recreation room with a pool table and a wet bar with a sink. A variety of bedding options are available on this level, including two king bedrooms with Smart TVs and private baths. A family suite is comprised of one king bedroom with a Smart TV and a bedroom furnished with two twin bunks that share a full hallway bathroom.

Updates for 2024: New furniture in the media den. In addition, a dry bar was added on the 1st floor, new twin bunks, and the 2nd floor queen was upgraded to a king. New photos to come. Planned exterior updates include resurfacing the pool, new pool deck, new decking, new bulkhead, and new pier. Subject to change until complete.
Updates for 2022: All TVs were updated and are now Smart TVs, new polywood pool and patio furniture added.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Security Camera: This property has a camera installed on the exterior of the front door.
