Doors lead to outdoor enjoyment on an expansive sun deck. A central gourmet kitchen has bar seating for casual dining, abundant countertops, storage cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. A half bath is centrally located. This level is completed with a king bedroom with sun deck access and a private bathroom.
