Bedding on the ground floor includes two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds. The bedroom with a king bed has a private bath. There is a full hall bath for the bedroom with two twins and those spending time in the media room.

Upstairs, an open floor concept incorporates a dining area, a fully stocked kitchen, a living area, and a half bath. The kitchen has stainless appliances throughout,a Keurig, a griddle, a crockpot, and bar seating for six at the kitchen island. The centrally located dining table seats 12. The great room offers a flatscreen TV and many comfortable seating options. Two king bedrooms round out this level, each with a private bath and sliding door access to the deck. One of the king bedrooms has a private bath with a whirlpool tub.

Updates for 2024: New LVP flooring in all bathrooms, laundry room, ground floor media room, and hallway; new carpeting in all bedrooms; new console table with three stools in the great room.
Updates for 2023: The pool and pool surround were completely replaced! There is a seat wrapped around the deep end, a wet deck, and stairs with a railing in the shallow end. Flooring was replaced with Luxury Vinyl Plank in the great room, the first floor hall, and the entry, new carpeting on the stairs. New furniture and sleepsofa on ground floor. Two large polywood storage bins were added to store pool toys and beach gear during your stay (one under carport and one by pool), two corn hole games and a bocce court added to pool area.
Updates for 2022: New hot tub, all queen beds upgraded to kings, pool heater installed
Pool: Heated by propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
