Outside, a splendid outdoor living space surrounds the 32 by 16 foot saltwater pool, with a hot tub ready for an evening soak after a long day at the beach, two outdoor showers for rinsing off the sand, and a gas grill for casual dinners. Six parking spaces make arrival day simple. Guests also enjoy community pool access. Amenities

Ten TVs, free high-speed wireless internet, a highchair, and a seasonal fireplace (October through March) keep the interior comfortable in every season, while the private pool, hot tub, gas grill, two outdoor showers, and six parking spaces make the most of the Duck sunshine. This home does not allow pets and offers Saturday check-in.

Community Note: Duck Landing offers several community amenities including a community beach access and community pool access. All of these amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision (unless they fit completely under carport). Golf carts are allowed. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

EV Charger: A payment is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
