The Nags Head Setting

Nags Head has been the historic center of family beach vacations since the 1940s and 50s, and this stretch of the Outer Banks keeps guests coming back year after year. Beyond the sand, explore Jockey's Ridge State Park, home to the tallest natural sand dune system on the East Coast, or wander the maritime forest trails of the Nags Head Woods Ecological Preserve. Cast a line from one of three area piers, including the renovated Jeannette's Pier, and fill your days with miniature golf, go-carting, outlet shopping, specialty shops, and restaurants ranging from casual take-out to fine dining. An easy drive delivers you to historic Roanoke Island, the NC Aquarium, and the fishing village of Wanchese.

Seasonal Cabana Services: Service dates for the 2026 season are 05/03/26 - 09/20/26. Service dates for the 2027 season are 05/02/2027 - 09/19/2027. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.

Pool: Pool heated by solar energy with heat pump backup. Ambient air temp of 60 degrees needed to heat the pool. Max. pool temp is 85 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/5/2026 - 10/25/2026 and the 2027 pool season runs 3/28/2027 - 10/24/2027, with pool heat provided at no additional cost.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
