Bedding options on the ground level include one king bedroom and a children's suite furnished with two twin bunks. A laundry room with two washer and dryer units is centrally located. A high-performance home theater provides a 90" screen, JBL 5.1 surround sound, six cinema-style recliners, and a rear bar ledge with six stools. Hone your competitive skills in the sensational recreation room featuring a ceramic tile floor, pool table, bench seating, mounted flatscreen, and a bar outfitted with granite countertops, sink, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A half bath is available and serves as a cabana bath for those outdoors.
Rec room doors open to unveil outdoor amenities, and the highlight is a custom saltwater pool with an inset kiddie pool and multi-colored lights for evening enjoyment. The pool deck offers abundant lounge chairs for rest and sunbathing under blue Carolina skies. A queen suite provides a bathroom outfitted for those with special needs with a roll-under sink and barrier-free shower. Everyone can gather in the central game/media room with ceramic tile floors, a sleepsofa, an armchair, a foosball table, a mounted flatscreen TV, and a wet bar with a sink, microwave, and refrigerator for chilled snacks and drinks.

Formal sit down dinners can be savored at two dining tables that seat sixteen guests.
A soundside game lounge features hardwood floors, heightened community views, a mounted flatscreen TV, and a 4-person game table for lively card games. This level is completed with a king suite that provides a private bathroom with dual sink vanity, custom tile shower, and relaxing Jacuzzi tub.

Seasonal Cabana Services: Service dates for the 2024 season are 05/05/2024 - 09/22/2024. Service dates for the 2025 season are 05/04/25 - 09/21/25. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
Pool: Saltwater pool heated by solar energy with heat pump backup. Ambient air temp of 60 degrees needed to heat the pool. Max. pool temp is 85 degrees.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Please Note: The fireplace is not available for guest use.
