Eight bedrooms, eight full baths and a half bath give everyone room to spread out, and an elevator makes moving luggage, groceries and beach gear between levels simple.
Located in the quiet Carolina Dunes community, you are two miles north of the village of Duck and all of its offerings. Unique boutiques, delicious restaurants and a soundside boardwalk are a short distance away and accessible by Duck's multi-use path. Free high-speed wireless internet, six parking spaces, a highchair, gas and charcoal grills and two outdoor showers round out this spacious OBX vacation rental. Please note that this is a Saturday check-in home and no pets are allowed.

This space features a convertible pool/ping-pong/tabletop table, media area, half bath, and a wet bar with a sink and refrigerator, making it the natural gathering spot for rainy afternoons and late night tournaments. Bedroom options include a room with a king and a room with two queens; both have private baths. The home's washer and dryer are located behind bi-fold doors in the rec room.
Doors lead from the game room to the outdoors, where guests have access to a private pool, two outdoor showers, two hot tubs (one located poolside and one on the ground level deck), gas grill, and a sandy beach path from the back of the home to the shores of the Atlantic.

Four kings on the first floor offer private bathrooms, and one of these king suites has ocean views and covered deck access. Another king bedroom has ocean views as well, and a bedroom furnished with a double bunk (full-over-full) and a trundle has its own bath, a fun setup for the younger members of your group. The east facing covered deck has heightened ocean views, ideal for a shaded morning coffee as the sun climbs over the Atlantic.

The second floor great room is cheerful and well furnished, including a large dining area with two tables, a kitchen, and a comfortable living room with ocean views and a wet bar that includes a beverage fridge. Cooking for a crowd is easy here, and cleanup is even easier. Sliding glass doors lead to the large deck which overlooks the ocean. One king bedroom with a private bath is located on this level, as well as a "Retreat Room," a tranquil reading den with a sleepchair and a private deck with sunset views.

Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Pool: The private pool measures 17 x 17 and is heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 pool open dates are 3/28/2026 to 10/24/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027. Pool heat cost is $500.00 for both 2026 and 2027.
Please Note:
- The two rollaway beds are stored in the ground floor king bedroom and second floor king bedroom.
Elevator: All elevator access is outside. The mid-level and second floor elevator door is accessed by walking onto the decks.
2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
