Furnished with cheerful coastal decor and well suited to large groups, Camille's Landing is an oceanfront OBX vacation rental filled with the features families ask for: a 17 x 17 private pool, two hot tubs, an elevator, 10 TVs with DVD players, a recreation room with a convertible pool/ping pong table, and water views from multiple levels. Six of the eight bedrooms have private baths, and six of those bedrooms are furnished with kings, so there is no shuffling of sleeping arrangements when several families travel together.

Located in the quiet Carolina Dunes community in Duck, this home places you close to everything the town has to offer while keeping the Atlantic just beyond your back deck. Free high-speed wireless internet, six parking spaces, a highchair and Saturday check-in round out the practical details of this Outer Banks retreat.

Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 pool open dates are 3/28/2026 to 10/24/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027; pool heat is available for $500.00 in both years.

Please Note:
- No pets allowed.
- The fireplace is not available for guest use.
- The two rollaway beds are stored in the ground floor king bedroom and second floor king bedroom.

Elevator: All elevator access is outside. The mid-level and second floor elevator door is accessed by walking onto the decks.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
