Located in the quiet Carolina Dunes community, you're two miles north of the village of Duck and all of its offerings. Unique boutiques, delicious restaurants and a soundside boardwalk are a short distance away and accessible by Duck's multi-use path.

A rec room with a media area awaits you on the lower level. This space features a convertible pool/ping pong/tabletop table, media area, half bath, and a wet bar with a sink and refrigerator. Bedroom options include a room with a king and a room with two queens; both have private baths. The home's washer and dryer are located behind bi-fold doors in the rec room.
Doors lead from the game room to the outdoors, where guests have access to a private pool, cabana half bath, two outdoor showers, two hot tubs (one located poolside and one on the ground level deck), gas grill, and a sandy beach path from the back of the home to the shores of the Atlantic.

First Floor

- Bedroom with double bunk w/ trundle (shares bathroom with one king bedroom)
Three kings on the first floor offer private bathrooms, and one of these king suites has ocean views and covered deck access. The fourth king bedroom has ocean views and shares a full bathroom with a bedroom furnished with a double bunk (full-over-full) and a trundle. The east facing covered deck has heightened ocean views.

The second floor great room is cheerful and well furnished, including a large dining area with two tables, kitchen with multiple double appliances (including two dishwashers and two stoves), a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, and a comfortable living room with ocean views and a wet bar that includes a beverage fridge. Sliding glass doors lead to the large deck which overlooks the ocean. One king bedroom with a private bath and Jacuzzi tub is located on this level, as well as a "Retreat Room" -- a tranquil reading den with a sleepchair and a private deck with sunset views.

Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Please Note:
- The fireplace is not available for guest use.
- The two rollaway beds are stored in the ground floor king bedroom and second floor king bedroom.
Elevator: All elevator access is outside. The mid-level and second floor elevator door is accessed by walking onto the decks.
2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
