A 38'x18' infinity pool overlooks the Currituck Sound (which means prime sunset viewing!) and has an in-pool hot tub and swim-up bar stools. The poolside cabana has three accordion doors that open fully towards the pool, so indoor/outdoor living from the pool to the cabana is a breeze. The cabana is equipped to enhance an already elaborate pool day with a large island with seating, two gas grills, a mini-fridge, and a sink. Through the cabana is a temperature-controlled prep kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, a microwave, and a second sink. A half bath is conveniently located for those who choose to spend every available minute outside by the pool.

Upon entering the front door, you're greeted with a custom water feature, two grand staircases that lead to the top floor, and views over the Sound from straight ahead in the sitting area. There are four bedrooms available on the middle floor, three with king beds, one with a queen-over-queen bunk. The three king bedrooms have sliding glass door access to the soundfront deck. All four bedrooms offer private baths with walk-in showers. A sauna and laundry facilities are available on this level.

The top floor common areas offer uninterrupted westward views from every vantage point and allow natural light to saturate the entirety of the space. The great room, dining area, and kitchen all share an open concept layout and direct access to the open deck through multiple sliding glass doors. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a gas Wolf range and double oven, two side-by-side refrigerator/freezers, two dishwashers, and more. Two king bedrooms round out the top floor, both have private baths with large walk-in custom tile showers and direct deck access.
