The ground level features a recreation room with ceramic tile floors, a pool table, a mounted TV, a drink ledge with seating, and a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, icemaker, and dishwasher. Guests will find charming sleeping options on the ground floor, including one king bedroom with a flatscreen TV and private bathroom and two queen bedrooms with TVs and private baths. A central laundry room is equipped with two washer and dryer units. A ramp allows for ease of access to and from the home. A full bathroom is easily accessible and serves as a cabana bath for those outdoors.
Elevator doors open to additional bedrooms on the first floor. Choose from three bedrooms with king beds, flatscreen TVs, and private baths. Two are oceanfront with ocean views, and direct covered deck access; one is equipped for those with special needs. The rear covered deck offers a balmy retreat and overlooks the pool area and beyond to ocean vistas. A fourth suite has a private bathroom, a flatscreen TV, and two twin bunks. A central rec room on this floor has ceramic tile floors, a flatscreen TV, a drink ledge, a foosball table, a multi game arcade machine, a half bath, and a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, mini-fridge, and icemaker. Across the hallway is a cinema-style home theater with tiered custom seating for seven, a 70" projection screen, and surround sound which will become a favored hangout for all age groups!

A large sectional, armchairs, and cozy rug are nestled around a seasonal electric fireplace and a large flatscreen TV with 5.1 surround sound. Enjoy heightened ocean views from the furnished sun deck and oceanside loft furnished with a loveseat and armchairs. A westside loft offers tranquil sound views and a card table with seating for four. The kitchen features ceramic tile floors, distinctive cabinets, dazzling granite countertops, and a host of stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with an icemaker, a cooktop, an oven, a microwave, two dishwashers, and a Keurig coffee maker. Serve meals at an elegant table with seating for sixteen guests, and casual seating for three is available at the kitchen bar. A private king suite completes the top floor and offers a flatscreen TV and private bath with a dual sink vanity, shower, and Jacuzzi tub.

Seasonal Cabana Services: Service dates for the 2024 season are 05/05/2024 - 09/22/2024. Service dates for the 2025 season are 05/04/25 - 09/21/25. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
TVs: All the TVs have cable and streaming capability.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
