Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. Pool is elevated - walk up 6 steps to access the pool area.

Please Note: Although this home has an elevator, there is no ground floor entrance in the front of the home. There is a sliding glass door to the ground level in the back of the property by the pool, but it is not a wheelchair-friendly entrance to the home due to sand and steps.
Path to Beach: Wind-driven sand can accumulate around the pool area, on the beach walkway, and stairs. Please use care when navigating the beach access.
