Dining options include an elegant dining table and casual bar seating. The kitchen offers custom cabinets and a center island with a sink. Appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator, icemaker, cooktop, and microwave.
Great room doors open to a wide, furnished sun deck that overlooks the pool area and offers heightened ocean views and sunrises over the Atlantic, while the small covered balcony facing west has peaceful sound views. A half bathroom is located on the top floor. Amenities are completed with an exclusive king bedroom that features ocean views, a flatscreen TV, a seasonal gas fireplace, sun deck access, a walk-in closet, and a luxury bath with a dual sink vanity, glass block shower, and Jacuzzi tub.

Updates for 2024: New carpet throughout all of the bedrooms, closets, and interior stairs, new Smart TV in the great room, and a new foot wash in the backyard.
Pool: Pool heated by propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees. 2026 pool open 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 with a pool heat cost of $800.00. 2027 pool open 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027 with a pool heat cost of $800.00.
Path to Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, it is normal for sand to accumulate on this home's beach steps and walkway.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
