Broad Creek Fishing Center

Broad Creek Fishing Center is a full-service, year-round marina that is home to a twelve-boat fleet. Boats leave the docks to fish inshore and offshore. Gulf Stream trips target game fish such as tuna, dolphin, wahoo and blue and white marlin. Full day inshore trips go for cobia, amberjack, and king mackerel. Three quarter day trips head to the towers for amberjack, and half-day, nshore fishing trips go in search of blues and Spanish mackerel. If you are looking to do some light tackle fishinfg in the sound, you may get lucky and bring home good eating fish such as flounder, spot, croaker, trout, red drum, sea mullet and sometimes even bluefish.

Looking for something different? Try a shrimping or shark trip or an overnight fishing excursion.

All tackle and bait are supplied on the trips. You just bring sunscreen, cooler, hat, jacket (depending on the season) and sensible sport shoes. All boats are Coast Guard approved. The location of the marina is ideal for being able to also see commercial fishing vessels returning from a trip. The marina’s open air fishing cleaning station allows you to see cleaners display their skills. Stock up at the onsite ships store for snacks, beverages, bait and tackle, if you desire.
